Było ok, ale fajnie by było jakby było czyściej:)
Pros:

Śniadanie było super, lokalizacja świetna, bardzo blisko do głównej stacji tj Hakata, gdzie można sobie wsiąść w Shinkansen!

Cons:

Niestety w pokoju było trochę brudno, tj grzyb na zasłonie pod prysznicem, na półeczkach przy łóżku było mega dużo kurzu, i ogólnie w korytarzach jak się przechodziło, to unosiły się z dywanu drobinki kurzu.

スタッフさんがとても親切

Cons:

朝食のビュッフェが明らかに人が足りていない感じで、カトラリー、食事、食品が置いてある棚などの清掃が追いついていなかった

立地とカジュアルさを新しいファシリティでなら
Pros:

中洲川端駅に近く直ぐそばにファミマもありとても立地が良いです。目の前にニッポンレンタカーもあり便利ですね。施設は割と新しいですので全体的に綺麗です。

Cons:

セルフ感が強いのでカジュアルな感じで泊まりたいならベストかも

安く寝るだけのホテルなら問題ない。
Pros:

ウェルカムポップコーンや写真機があったりした。

Cons:

口コミにもあったように部屋がカビ臭い。ジメジメしている。
シャワールームが汚い。

氷が欲しかったがアイスマシーンはなかった。

Overall, very good would definitely stay again
Pros:

Good rooms, big bed, having a gym was good, the room, and the layout in the room, the equipment, the design of the room, the room lighting. We’re all very good loved the mist shower head.

Cons:

The eating area for breakfast is very compact so when it’s full, it is difficult to get to your table. It’s very narrow path to walk down between the tables keep bumping into people. I don’t think that could be helped just because of the design of the room it’s very long and narrow.

Pros:

Habitacion grande con mesa y sofá grande para almorzar o dejar las maletas.
Ubicación muy buena para ir a pie a visitar la ciudad y con Parking ya sea en las instalaciones o en el Parking concertado que tienen en frente del hotel (más caro)

Cons:

La nevera sonaba mucho, hasta el punto de tener que bajar la temperatura para poder dormir.
La habitacion necesita armarios o ser más amplia si vas con equipaje para varias semanas.

! Las lavadoras del hotel estaban constantemente ocupadas con ropa de clientes pero habiendo terminado el programa horas atrás (el último día de nuestra estancia, las 3 lavadoras estuvieron desde al menos las 9pm hasta las 10am bloqueada por algún cliente) y el hotel no pudo hacer nada al respecto.
