Pros:

Me gustó que está cerca de la 5 Avenida. No me gustó que la atención del Sr. Nicolás que estaba en recepción fué terrible, no mostró interés en ver que el baño de mi habitación estaba cerrado, se tardaron en atender mi caso. La puerta del balcón no servía su seguro, el desayuno que ofrecen gratis , no es un desayuno sano. Me sentí insegura durante la noche que estuve allí, cancelé mi segunda noche y me fuí a otro hotel. En general el hotel sucio, la puerta de mi habitación era un cancel con vidrio y una calcomanía negra para que no se viera por dentro, la alberca en mal estado, no servía el elevador, no pude hacer mi pago con tarjeta. Las 2 personas que me tocaron en la administración sin educación de levantarse de su asiento para atender al cliente. Las fotos que muestran en internet sobre el hotel no son lo que realmente ofrecen. Una total decepción, además muy cara la noche para lo que se me ofreció.

Pros:

This hotel is situated close to the beach and 5th Avenue!
The rooms are very basic in design and features, although if took away all the bedroom facilities it would feel more like an office in an office block.
The entrance doors to the rooms are full glass with privacy blacked out plastic applied.

There is no absorbtion of noise from outside the room, and the main atrium to each accommodation is very open and echos.

The elevator to the accommodation was not working at the time.

The plus side, the check-in staff where quite helpful and polite.
