Lackluster, but Ok for the Night
Pros:

Its a good location for access to Great Lakes and Gurnee. The "studio" was ok in terms of appliances and furniture. They also provided plenty of towels, which I appreciate.

Cons:

The place has paper thin walls. I can hear everything from the other rooms. Microwave. Toilet flushing. Tv. Doors closing. It was a nightmare. The floor is some jenky trailer park cheap flooring material that conducts sounds and does not feel solid. The poor design of the room has the AC blowing directly next to the bed which means you are freezing or overheating all night. And the shower head was encrusted in mineral deposits and needs to be removed and dipped in some sort of anti mineral cleaner to clear it up. For the rate I paid, I expected this place to be a little more polished and modern. I am disappointed at the state of this particular hotel, the brand is usually a little more "on." The Housekeeper was waiting bright and early to shoo people out of their rooms. It was extremely rude. I went out for coffee at 0800 and she was hanging in the hall way looking annoyed and made it a point to ask me if I was coming back to room or checking out.

I'd stay again
Pros:

Ian was great from check in to departure, the breakfast ladies were very helpful breakfast was great. I had a accessible room that was just right, I recently lost my hearing so now I know I can also get a hearing accessible room, the pool was fun thanks for the weekend

Absolutely nothing my nosey self missed it if it was there, enjoy

The room was still very clean 10 mins from six flags
Pros:

The staff was definitely some of the best I seen n a long time

Cons:

I asked for the bed room n the sitting area to be separated there was 4 of instead the room was a lil small n the pull out n the bed was n the same room very close n i couldn't switch cuz i booked through booking

Cons:

The staff was incredibly rude and had no real idea of what they had going on at all. Didn’t know shuttle operations, didn’t have any way of being helpful. Evrryone spoke with an attitude and refused to listen to what we needed

Perfect for our four day stay while moving into a new home.
Pros:

Clean, kind and attentive staff. Huge rooms. Great amenities.

Cons:

The ACA room we had did not have a high toilet and for my 87 year old mom that was the only downside.
