Pros:

Quite place in a very busy area. Parking available in an area difficult to park.

Cons:

The room I was in is not closing despite the door making the right noise as it was closed. I lost stuff in the past and investigation didn’t find sbd else open my room. Food Service at the bar very slow.

It could have been better given the global reputation of Movenpick Hotels group.
Pros:

It’s located in downtown Abidjan and accessible to conference centres

Cons:

The menu is very restricted to a few items. The rooms were not properly cleaned and the towels were old.

J’ai passé un deuxième séjour à Movenpick et j’ai très bien aimé. J’y retournerai à mon prochain séjour.
Pros:

Le très bon accueil du personnel avec une mansion spéciale pour Mme, Ines et ses collègues à la réception 👍🏾!

Cons:

Les coupures d’électricité qui empêchent l’accès à l’internet.

Staff Leon is an asset to this hotel. He should be manager.

I really enjoyed this hotel.
Great service. Wonderful staff. Staff Leon was very helpful during my entire stay. He was kind enough to ensure my luggage arrived at my room. He helped to translate the dinner menu at a restaurant on the property. When we wanted to go shopping, we told him what we were looking for and he told us how to get there. Leon made our stay so much better and easier. We hope to visit the Movenpick again and will look forward to Leon's expertise in navigating during our trip. Leon should be promoted to management.

I discovered a new hotel in Abidjan
Pros:

For a business trip to Abidjan where I had not been for many years, I discovered a new hotel in the Plateau district. It was ideally located near the many government offices I had to visit. And in addition it was very comfortable with very friendly and capable staff. This is something one does not always finds in new hotels. So i will certainly return.
