Disappointed stay I will never book in this hotel again I give rate of 1

النظافة جدا سبئة حيث الاثاث جدا متسخ والرائحة بالغرفة كريهة جدا والحمامات ليست نظيفة وحوض السباحة والسونا يحتاج تنظيف وتجديد والفندق يحتاج تنظيف عميق وللأسف رأيت صرصور بغرفة النوم مما جعلني لا أكمل اليوم الأخير وغادرت الساعة 6 صباحا وطلبت منهم تغطية الكنبة بغرفة الجلوس بسبب اتساخها ووجدت شي غريب لاصق على الطاولة لا انصح بالفندق لقلة النظافة والاهتمام

The quiet. No fuss check in.

Cons:

I've been to this place a couple of years ago and it was an amazing experience. Clean rooms, clean everything.

But this time it was just disappointing. First of all the door lock was broken. Cleanliness has gone down the drain. The bed sheets were stained (looked like they haven't been washed). The toilet bowl had stains. The entire place was dusty. The table in the living room was extremely dirty with sugar stuck between the glass. Water pressure in the bathroom seemed like it was doing me a favour but giving me what it was.
