Great location, great service, great room; couldn't ask for more!
Pros:

The moment I walked in the lobby, there was a very clean smell that made me feel comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the room was good!

Cons:

There isn't anything that comes to mind that I would change. Everything went well!

Absolutely love the pool
The location of the place was great. The accommodations and staff was super friendly and nice and we were writing in the middle of town.
There’s like all hotel ends are high-end, so super nice and super clean

Cons:

I hated spending $240 on one night

Was close to where we were going helpful staff and worked hard to fix issues that arose staff went above and beyond making sure we were comfortable

Cons:

Pool was closed did not know until after booked. Ac in room was broken had to move rooms and get an additional room because there was not another room big enough for our party. It was more expensive to book through bookings.com than going direct through hotel.

Disgusting
Pros:

The staff were reasonable when we expressed concerns about the cleanliness of the room and issues with the AC, not being operable and the posted amenities being broken and unavailable until further notice. The staff noted they would communicate a full refund to their higher-ups, even though we booked through booking.com. We haven’t received that yet, but that is what was communicated

Cons:

The air conditioning in common areas and hallways outside of the rooms was completely an operable meaning if you had to wait for an elevator or go up the stairs, it was a sauna. The room was barely more tolerable. The site mentioned an outdoor pool, but this amenity was not available on site. There was a printed out note at the front desk that the filter pump was malfunctioning, and the pool would be unavailable until further notice. When we got to the rooms we noted that the beds one more so than the other were filthy not just the top comforter, but even layers below there were stains on the sheets and debris that was movable.

The worst experience I’ve ever had

The AC was broken. The hotel was 80 degrees. Its was dirty. We didn’t even have shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. Holes in the wall, black mold in the bathroom and broken AC. Looked like no one cleaned our room. We walked in the mirrors were dirty. There was dust everywhere and the floor had black footprints all over it. The pool was closed and they didn’t make any accommodations or even tell us prior to that. It was closed then I requested for our room to be turned over because you have to request for it to do it when you’re staying multiple nights and it wasn’t done I asked for towels to be brought up to my room. It was never brought up so on my way out I reminded them and they gave me towels so that I can bring them up to my room. I told them I was heading out and then I said it’ll be at the front desk when you come back to bring up the breakfast was awful. And the room was so dirty and disgusting. The staff was not friendly at all. I will not stay here again quite frankly spending over $200 a night at this place is a joke. Do not stay here unless you want to smell black mold and it be 80° the whole time you’re there when it’s already 100° outside.

Should have been a discount for non working pool and ice machines for the inconveniences.
