My stay was quiet and comfortable and I was able to relax and get work done.
Pros:

This hotel is outstanding! Probably the best location you can ask for in Dahlonega; right in the square next to restaurants and all the touristy stuff. If you're traveling to UNG it's basically right across the street, so very convenient for conferences or work travel. Outstanding and friendly staff, too. I didn't eat breakfast but I did have coffee and I greatly appreciated how clean and quiet the dining area was. The room was huge and very comfortable and everything was super clean. Honestly, this is the only place I would recommend in all of Lumpkin, Dawson, or North Forsyth. If I had a reason to stay here more I definitely would!

Cons:

I wish I could think of something to say here, but this place is great. Don't bother booking anywhere else.

Cons:

Upon checking in to our room, The heat was blowing cold air and I asked for help. I was told by the front desk that maintenance had left, and that they could send up extra blankets. They never came to check on this issue. The breakfast was very poor. When we arrived at around 8:50 am, most of the food trays were empty. The juice machine was out of order, no water was available. The milk cooler was also empty. When I questioned someone about this, they said that the only thing being cooked to bring out would be more eggs but nothing else. This was 2 mornings during our stay. The day we checked out, we didn’t even chance going back to this terrible excuse for a breakfast bar.
