Pros:

This place is a joke I tried to book in advance two separate times, they cancelled on me the first time the second time I sent a message asking for confirmation since I am from LA and it’s a 4hr drive they said I was confirmed I get here and there is no one to help me we finally get a hold of someone and they tell me sorry we cancelled so we got stranded in valle de Guadalupe with nowhere to stay the man on the phone didn’t even try to apologize and didn’t even try to make it right he just said sorry you’re out of luck and hung up! Worst customer service dont ever support them
Villa de Guadalupe has many other options
