High quality lodging with good walking
Pros:

Location is excellent. Near shopping, restaurants and the trail along the river. Breakfast for this level of hotel was unexpectedly diverse with everything from make your own waffles to raspberries and strawberries. The best thing is the coffee that is ground to order. There are cooked omelets, bacon, oatmeal with sides of nuts. Unfortunately, only strawberry yogurt. Several kinds of cereal, toast, biscuits and gravy. The one bedroom suite was spacious with plenty of storage, lots of towels, a full fridge/freezer. A large lobby is a good place to hang out.

Cons:

I can't really complain about anything--just a bit expensive. Parking is across the street in a "locked" lot (not inside), though it doesn't cost extra.

Pros:

Great place to stay in a nice location with a few cafes and restaurants. The room is well furnished. The complimentary breakfast was ok as well.

Cons:

You have to ask for room service and cleaning service and explicitly ask for full cleaning. They say they promise one every 7 days, but 9 days in, I had to explicitly ask for it. They also mention they fix the bed and change towels everyday, but that didn't really happen

Nice, but did not meet expectations
Pros:

New and clean facilities in a great location.

Cons:

Room was not ready in time, pull out bed was wet (hopefully from cleaning) and did not come with bedding. Went to front desk for bedding, and they said that it would need to wait 45 minutes until they had backup at the desk. Bedding arrived 75 minutes later. Staff was pleasant, but seemed understaffed. Not a bad experience, but expected more.
