Very modern resort with an excellent restaurant (a bit pricey), and lovely decor. A full buffet breakfast was included which made our stay good value for money. Supermarket conveniently located next door.

Good location to the hospital
No Gideon bibles. Paid twice for breakfast because of a booking mess up. Main courses did not meet our dietary needs.

The hotel is newish and appears extremely well maintained. Our room was large, the bed and pillows very comfortable and well appointed. The staff were delightful and parking at the door made everything very easy.
The location is a little out of town and opposite the hospital. It seems to be also next to a yet to be occupied shopping center and medical hub so it felt a little unusual on arrival.
THE BEDS!!! The beds are soooo comfortable like a cloud! Bathrooms are beautiful. Spacious rooms.
Bit of a wait at reception to check in as only one staff member was working and she was taking someone’s luggage to their room. Not a huge deal.

Very basic bland breakfast, manager told us it was closed at 0930, while there was a very big group still eating away. He was rather rude and indicated they had started setting up for "lunch" and let us sit away to the side. Did not offer to get help order a coffee even (had to order at the bar ourselves chargeable at $18 for 3). Obviously felt rush despite explaining we had checked in at 4pm the day before and was in town for an evening event. Asked if we could order from the lunch menu, the waitress told us they don't do lunch. There was a snack menu which wasnt availabe till 3pm. The same manager came order asking us, again very rudely, what was the question! If they don't open for lunch, how about showing some courtesy to guests with 2 children with breakfast supposedly included and made them feel a little more welcome when they turn up at 0940 and there was still a large group still eating.
Lack of customer service, warmth, no service whatsover other than calls going to "security" to ask a simple question as to whether the bar might be open at 9pm, or if there was a microwave, etc. The "security" was not even on site apparently and admitted he didn't know other than to assist with late check-ins.
Stayed overnight in August. Comfy beds, clean, warm. Great breakfast.
