Horrible experience
Pros:

We arrived to no one in the office and had to call their # and leave a message.
About 10 minutes later the cleaning lady came to sign us in.
The room was clean however the first night my husband got bit by something. no one around to question if we had a bed bug problem. The next night my husband checked his bed and didn't locate anything but the next morning he was covered in bites.
Leaving at 7am the next morning office closed.
Called the office later in the day and spoke to the manager and he said he would check it out and I asked for a refund and got angry and said why didn't you tell me th first night , I then said to have a nice day and I will be letting friends and face book know about the bed bugs.
also the so called wifi didn't work either.

Thank God it was only for one night
Pros:

Only thing good was the location.

Cons:

Room was filthy, bed very uncomfortable. Bathroom was falling apart.

Pleasantly surprised.
Pros:

It was close to down town. The creek in the back was very peaceful. We had our window open the whole night to listen to it.

Cons:

It’s an older building. I have already booked another stay so it didn’t bother me much.

It isn’t fancy but it is convenient and it is clear the staff tries to keep it clean and ready for use.
Pros:

The room was clean, it was in a convenient location, and the front desk staff was friendly.

Cons:

At the base of the tub, there was a bit of dirt when I turned on the shower. Fortunately, it didn’t seem to be the water, just the tub wasn’t fully cleaned.

As long as you are not expecting luxury, this motel is a nice little local stay.
Pros:

As long as you understand that what you are getting is an "economy" experience, this little motel is perfectly fine. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was great, best part of the stay. I could easily walk to everywhere I needed to go within minutes.

Cons:

There were a few water stains in the bathroom and the air conditioner was loud and didn't work very well, but those were my only complaints. No major issues.

Great location. Nice rooms overall.
Cons:

Guest check in employee, older gentleman that seemed like the owner, is fairly rude and unwelcoming when getting checked in and the room keys. We had to kill a cockroach on the floor between the beds the evening of our first night

I would never stay in this hotel again. And I would never recommend someone to stay in this place.

I rented 2 rooms for 1 night.
In the 1st room, the shower had no hot water in the shower, the sink had hot water.
In the 2nd room we were unable to turn on the tv.

Nic was amazing, he made sure all our needs were met to accommodate my husband who is handicapped. We would definitely stay at this Inn again.

Pros:

The location was great, practically in the middle of downtown. The absolute best part however was the very sweet man running the place. We were very late arriving, so he called us to make sure we were still coming and then waited up for us to nearly 1 in the morning! REALLY sweet.
