Absolutely fantastic hotel and stay for our 3 days.
Pros:

Everything was just fantastic. It was just my daughter and I who went north for 3 days. The location was great for us. Close to downtown, art/street fair, elk viewing park, Avalanche Bay at Boyne only 20 min away. This was a perfect location for us. The staff was incredibly friendly and check in/out was a breeze. The lobby is so fun with the colors, plenty of lounge seating, and tv and pool table. My daughter used the lobby to take a break and read so that was great. We didn't make it into the pool, but it looked great. My room was SO CLEAN. Thank you to the housekeeping staff.. You ladies are awesome!! The elevator was quick and efficient. We loved and appreciated the info boards at the elevator area, giving us ideas of where to eat, shop, and other things around to check out. That was helpful each of the days. We love supporting local businesses everywhere we travel too. Our stay really was fabulous!! This was one of our best hotel experiences we've had in a long time. I will most certainly stay here again!!!!

The sound of engine breaks as trucks exited the highway. The hidden parking fee. Yes, it was only five dollars, but was unaware it was a thing until I looked at receipt email.

Pros:

The location was great. The mexican restaurant located a short distance away was amazing as well. The continental breakfast was the largest I have seen to this point and was great.

Cons:

The bathroom was a little dirty in spots, such as the shower floor and walls.

Room was quiet and appeared clean other than the dirty sheet.
Pros:

We did not eat breakfast here, but it looked ok. The traffic was very heavy at the exit onto the main road, so we had to make a right turn onto main road and then turn around to be able to go in opposite direction that we actually needed to go.

Cons:

The fitted sheet on one of our beds had an approximate 12" × 12" area of what appeared to be sand and dirt. It was around 11:00 pm when we first saw it as we were getting into bed. The front desk was informed, but was not able to bring us clean sheets. We had to dress and go get them ourselves and remake our bed. The only compensation that was offered ( after we requested it) was that we might be able to get a few points added to our Hilton points. We expected better service.

Cons:

I was not able to use my daughter‘s medical device on Wi-Fi because it was a public Wi-Fi network despite the incredible help and perseverance of the staff. We did ultimately have to go to a different hotel because I needed to be able to monitor her oxygen throughout the night.

Great stay for a quick work trip!
Pros:

Kallen checked me in upon arrival and was very personable and friendly. Kallen mentioned the times for breakfast in the morning, as well as the location of the gym and access to coffee all day. When I discovered that my room seemed to be occupied by another guest, Kallen quickly resolved the issue with a clean room on another floor. When my co-worker and I checked out, we weren't anticipating coming back to the hotel that afternoon for a virtual meeting. I was wondering how we would be able to access Wi-fi for our meeting, but Kallen came to the rescue and made sure we were able to get on our call.

Cons:

I would have appreciated better signage at the street level for finding the hotel. It was a little hard to see where to turn when arriving at night when it's dark and being unfamiliar with the location.
