Cons:

I was not able to use my daughter‘s medical device on Wi-Fi because it was a public Wi-Fi network despite the incredible help and perseverance of the staff. We did ultimately have to go to a different hotel because I needed to be able to monitor her oxygen throughout the night.

Great stay for a quick work trip!
Pros:

Kallen checked me in upon arrival and was very personable and friendly. Kallen mentioned the times for breakfast in the morning, as well as the location of the gym and access to coffee all day. When I discovered that my room seemed to be occupied by another guest, Kallen quickly resolved the issue with a clean room on another floor. When my co-worker and I checked out, we weren't anticipating coming back to the hotel that afternoon for a virtual meeting. I was wondering how we would be able to access Wi-fi for our meeting, but Kallen came to the rescue and made sure we were able to get on our call.

Cons:

I would have appreciated better signage at the street level for finding the hotel. It was a little hard to see where to turn when arriving at night when it's dark and being unfamiliar with the location.

It was okay.
Pros:

The pancake thing is pretty cool. Decent amount of options for breakfast. Wish they had more gluten free options.

Cons:

Breakfast was not very good. They had almond milk the first day and none the other two days. The eggs and sausage were often cold and watery. Ran out of forks every morning. The hot tea selection was not good.

We had an awesome stay!
Pros:

We did not have time to try the breakfast this time. But it looked and smelled delicious! The bathroom is awesome, especially the shower, and the beds super comfy! Michele was very helpful and her text once we were in the room to see how everything was was a pleasant surprise! What a nice thing to do for customers!

Cons:

The air conditioner was making a loud noise when it came on. A small nightlight in the bathroom would have been nice - it's so dark trying to get there in the middle of the night.
