Returning to Hakata for the third time, I stayed at the APA Hotel & Resort near the East Exit of the station. The hotel is pristine and modern. A major highlight for me was the communal onsen, a wonderful way to unwind after a long day. The staff were helpful and spoke English well, making the check-in process seamless. It’s a fantastic hub for foodies and shoppers alike. Most importantly, the location is incredibly practical, even with three suitcases, the walk to Hakata Station was a breeze, making my trip to Fukuoka Airport stress-free.
One thing I’d like to share is that I was assigned to the lower floors during every leg of my journey with APA Hotel group in different cities, a bit discouraging for overseas travellers.

大浴場があるのはよかったんだけど、露天風呂の
ふちにほこりがあって掃除が出来てなかった。
部屋も窓のふちや鏡の回りのほこりが目についたので掃除はしっかりやって欲しいです
チェックインの時の女性社員の対応がわるかった
Clean, plenty of amenities in the hotel (pool, laundry and sauna) and plenty of amenities within the room (full range of toiletries, slippers, kettle etc.). Staff were welcoming and friendly and did their best to answer all questions and be of assistance.
Some people may feel the room is a bit small if they're not used to the sizes of hotels in Japan however I think it was very manageable if you're a neat and tidy person. Also don't think it's any smaller than other hotels.

1、浴室の床が汚れていた。
2、連泊したので掃除は不要とした。提供された2日目の備品セットには、足拭き用タオル、ボトルウォーター等が含まれない。連泊して安くなっているわけではないので、初日と同じ内容が提供されるべきではないかと感じた。
3、部屋が暑かった。エアコンを入れようとしても暖房にしかならない。暑くて眠れなかった。

チェックアウトが簡単でした。清潔。テレビも見やすくて、大浴場の混み具合がわかってよかった。
大浴場の洗い場が少なくて、待たされた。
