Sati little room for far too much money. Unfortunately they don’t give the right information.

I told them that i am by car They have only about 8 spots. They didn’t tell me i could park there , so i had to park expensive somewhere else

I had a great time during my stay and look forward to my next visit.
Pros:

The place was close to the convenience store, cafes, and Hakata Station.

Cons:

At checkout time, I waited about 15 minutes before entering the elevator, during which others also waited, which I understand because everyone left at the same time. Therefore, when someone asked a cleaning staff member if they could use the stairs, the staff member confirmed that the stairs were not accessible, suggesting they might not be safe to use, especially in emergencies when exits could be sealed or blocked. Additionally, there should be at least one staff member on site who is fluent in English to assist non-native speakers. I hope this will benefit the next visitors to your property. Thank you.

よく眠れました。
Pros:

博多駅から歩いて5分かからないくらいなのでアクセスがいいです。筑紫口からの道のりも、一回行けば分かりやすいです。大浴場があり、夜遅くまで使えました。

Cons:

仕方ないですが、チェックアウトの時間にエレベーターがとにかく混みます。

Pros:

Close enough to Hakata station.

Cons:

Lots of newish staff making mistakes costing us time and money to deal with.

The brekky restaurant wasn't particularly good.

The spa was cramped, better to get rid of the pool and have a sauna instead.

I've stayed in tons of APA hotels over the years, and I don't think I got my money's worth out of this one.
