Pros:

大浴場が快適でした。
チェックインもほとんど待ち時間なくスムーズでした。
チェックイン前とチェックイン後に荷物預かって頂けて助かりました。

Cons:

連泊時の部屋の清掃は申告制である点はチェックイン時に一言説明頂けるとよい。

立地条件の良さ。設備などは良かったです。

チェックインの時に Booking.com からの情報が上手く伝わっておらずスタッフに何度も確認や住所等の基本情報を書いたり、軽くチェックインに40分は掛かった。そのためその後の行程予定が上手く行かなかった。Bookingからの予約情報をしっかり伝えてスムーズなチェックインができるようにしてもらいたい。iいつもはAPAホテルのアプリで予約しているので簡単にチェックインできてスムーズだった。

Pros:

部屋の洗面所のステンレスでさえピカピカ水あかもない。部屋の広さ、テーブルイスが無駄なく快適。大浴場もきれいでした。あまり混雑してなかったのも良かった。テレビに混雑状況がわかるようにしてあるので参考になった。シャンプーがぱさつくかなと思ったが凄くしっとりして良かった。ドライヤーが良かったのかもしれない。
