Convenient, Clean, Friendly and value for money.
Pros:

Breakfast was great as they have buffet with hot pot as well. Walking to Hakata Station was within 7 mins walk. Good location. Nearby have many restaurants that was delicious. The hotel provided umbrella during raining day.

まあまあ快適
Pros:

清潔感があって広さもちょうどよくとても良かった。

Cons:

部屋がたくさんあるのにエレベーターが2つしかないので時間がかかって不便だった。そのため飲み物買いに行くことも不便だった。

大浴場はただのお湯が入っているだけ。
ジェットも何も無いしお湯の入れ替えもない。

朝食がもつ鍋屋なのでかなり厳しい。

대욕탕과 수영장이 있었습니다.
대욕탕은 무료이용, 수영장은 7-9월에만 무료이용이라고 안내되어 있어요.
방은 진짜 작은데, 있을건 다 있고, 어메니티 구성이 좋았습니다.

Cons:

역과 가깝긴하나, 관광지오가는 버스 정류장 반대편이라 은근 걷게됩니다. 방은 정말작구요...!
