Fantastic experience overall, Devon, the Valet really did a good job.
Pros:

Devon was my valet, and he took extremely good care of us. He was punctual and polite, and got us our vehicle back on time and efficiently. He’s really a master at his craft. Great hire.

From Arrival To Departure
Pros:

From the minute the Valet took my truck at arrival, to picking it back up at departure, my stay was seamless. I met Devon Nicol (Valet) at arrival and departure and could tell his enthusiasm and courtesy matched the caliber of Homewood Suites. Professional and Pleasant every time!

Nice hotel with big rooms
Pros:

The location of the hotel is pretty good, about 10 min walk downtown. The area is quiet and safe. We liked the hot breakfast provided in the morning. And the pool are was pretty

Cons:

I thought valet parking was unnecessary. Truthfully even inconvenient when you have to be in and out. But it is a minor inconvenience

Our Son’s Wedding!!
Pros:

In St Augustine for our son’s wedding. Enjoyed the location and size of our room. We thought the valet parking would be an issue but Ron, Jesse, Cordjoul and others were wonderful and we had quick access to our car.

Would highly recommend the hotel for easy access to the historic area, the beach and the highway.

Spacious Suites and Helpful Staff
Pros:

This is our second stay since July 2025. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and were greeted by a smiling young lady at the front desk who was professional and helpful. We were early and grateful that one of our suites was ready for an early check in . The one bedroom suite was clean and spacious. The cleaning staff and breakfast staff were very helpful and friendly. The lady working the breakfast each morning was wonderful and efficient replacing coffee and hot food as we ate late each morning around 9am. When we needed our in room garbage picked up, the staff was fast and friendly. We had a regular 2 queen suite and a 1 bedroom 2 queen suite and couldn’t be happier with the staff and service. Jesse the parking attendant was extremely friendly and helpful. Pros: walking to historic area a nice stroll each day, hot breakfast, Wednesday evening reception, heated pool, clean grounds and interior reception area, spacious well equipped suites . Cons: parking fee, however the suite rates are extremely reasonable so the parking rates really don’t add much since we had one car and 2 suites. Overall extremely satisfied and already planning our next trip.

Im very impressed with the exceptional
Service that Cordjoul Shivers. He was greeting our family and welcoming others guest with a big smile and professional manner. Took pride in his job and safety and cared for guest vehicles like they were his own. He is definately a great asset to PMC and a top performance worker . Always pleasant to see him whe we arrive.

Great stay at Homewood
Pros:

Cordjoul Shivers greeted me with a great positive attitude since we arrived. Leaving and coming back always greeted with a smile and welcome in & out, have a good day/night. Very friendly and welcoming to every guest as i see him greeting & parking the residents car. Excellent communication & personality with everyone. Always very prompted, well mannered & business professional.

No stress stay
Pros:
