Wonderful staying
Pros:

Everything! Has a perfect location , rooms are a mini studio very clean , comfortable and beautifully designed. The staff is superb, very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful at any time!

La ciudad en esta época estaba muy bien iluminada, el hotel tenía lo que necesitábamos, la vista de la habitación era muy buena con un excelente amanecer.

Will be back again!
Pros:

Cozy establishment!! The room is super cute and the area is gorgeous . The building was kept clean and maintained well. Breakfast was good and it was a great stay!

Cons:

Few things needed to be fixed by maintenance in our room (534). Numerous outlets didn’t work, sink didn’t drain fast enough so it was always close to over flowing, the shower head wouldn’t stop leaking and the light switch for sink area made a weird high pitched noise when it was on.

It's a nice hotel
Pros:

This is a very nice hotel. It's new. The bed was comfortable. You don't hear a lot of outside noise. The staff at the front desk was courteous & helpful. You can purchase the trolly tour tix at the front desk & the hotel provides a shuttle at no extra charge to and from the jail, which is trolly stop #1. I loved this perk. The grounds are nice. The pool area is nice. They have a gas fire pit on the pool deck.

Cons:

$29 per day for parking. This is not advertised prior to booking so we found out at check in. The complimentary breakfast is okay, but on day 2 of our stay they were out of muffins & bagels by the time we arrived (9:00am) & when I asked if they had anymore muffins, I was told "no". Mind you, they put these same items out everyday. We had problems with not much hot water the first 2 days. Had it turned all they over to hot. This was at approx 9-10pm. Not even peak hours. 3rd day was no problem & that day, (Saturday), the hotel was a lot more full. Seems like it would've been the other way around.

After checking in everything was wonderful
Pros:

Staff was not particularly nice or helpful. The wait time to check in was almost an hour. It was one person at the desk, checking people in.It was ridiculous, slow.It should not take an hour to check into a hotel. They didn't have enough staff to check people in.We woke up the next morning to have breakfast.We saw people checking in again and there was a must be align back.10 people waiting to check-in.Everybody was very upset. They need more staff, they need easier to check-in and the staff was not particularly friendly or helpful. But the hotel was really wonderful. The pool was beautiful. The room was so beautiful. The breakfast was very good. The location was great. Near my mother, I liked everything about it except the staff and the weight to get my to my room.

Pros:

Hotel location, and pool area, dining area, and the fact that they had coffee available almost always. on-site laundry was a plus as well as having some ceramic dinnerware and metal utensils. The Wednesday night buffet/reception was very nice

Cons:

General Cleanliness: hallway, carpeting, dining chairs and upholstered furniture. Also the shower was very weak and needed updating. The comfort of the bed was marginal.

Pros:

Out of the 4 days I tried it once. Even though the food was covered it was moderately warm to cold. I didn't try it after that.

Cons:

I'm 87 yrs old. I was in a suite and It was very inconvenient to have to go all the way up to the next floor for ice. No matter the thermostat settings the heat was either too hot or too cold.
