I made my reservations through booking.com. When I arrived at the property there was a parking lot and a parking garage beneath the hotel although it was all blocked off. I was informed that it was valet parking only. I told the valet that I would park my own car which he accepted. When I checked in I was told that there was no choice about the valet parking and I would be charged an additional 29.00 per night. I am disputing these charges with booking.com and my credit card. They have every detail about the property on booking.com but told me they have tried to add the valet parking in their description on booking.com without any luck hard to believe. Knowing about the valet parking I never would of chosen to stay there and maybe some of you would agree thought you should know.

Top hotel
Pros:

Perfecte ruime suite, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Personeel top. En woensdagavond de gratis manager reception, met hapjes, bier en wijn.
Prima zwembad en gym, tegen het oude centrum aan.

Cons:

1 Minpuntje, tijdens ons verblijf was de brug naast het hotel dicht wegens onderhoud. Hierdoor was het centrum niet makkelijk lopend te bereiken.

Cons:

Breakfast’s don’t really change up. I stay at that location 3-4 times a year and it’s always the same, with maybe a waffle morning thrown in here or there.
My biggest complaint is the Valet only requirement and the price is now $29. Per night up from $25. The attendants are all very nice but for that price and it not being a luxury hotel they should be unloading luggage onto carts for the customers and taking it to your room. There is ample parking in the lot because they park just about every car in the unground garage.
Last complaint is i went and looked to grab a candy bar from the pantry where they sell a few items and a regular KitKat bar was $5.00! I expect that at Disney but not Homewood Suites!
