Pros:

Out of the 4 days I tried it once. Even though the food was covered it was moderately warm to cold. I didn't try it after that.

Cons:

I'm 87 yrs old. I was in a suite and It was very inconvenient to have to go all the way up to the next floor for ice. No matter the thermostat settings the heat was either too hot or too cold.

Double booked for rooms could not get room next door paid thru booking and had to pay again at hotel kitchen outlet did not work no hot water asked to speak with manager was told no one would be in until Monday I liked nothing

Cons:

Double charged no hot water in shower and outlets did not work in kitchen carpets were wet. Asked to speak with manager no manager until Monday and phone did not work in the room poor conditions and have not heard back from anyone I will be escalating deplorable.

Never again will I book this hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, the location was good, not too far to walk to activities.

Cons:

When I checked in I had to pay and additional $35.00 a night for incidental. I questioned this the first night when I paid and they said it would be reimbursed if I didn’t have valet parking or room service. I had neither, but still had to pay for just parking in their hotel parking lot when checking out. If this was the case, someone should have advised me when I questioned the amount when I checked in. Honesty goes a long way, and two different employees lied about it when I checked in. Which I have in a text message from them stating I would be reimbursed.
My room was crossed from the gym. What a nightmare, people working out all hours of the night the first night. Second night, I called the front desk and ask them to tell them to stop dropping the weights on the floor at 10:30 pm while we were trying to sleep. No one ever come up and told them. I had to get up and tell the people working out to please stop dropping the weights on the floor. Which they didn’t of course. If you have a charge tell the customer up front, don’t hide it and lie to the customers. So the entire stay I could have had valet at the same price as just me parking my car in the outside parking lot. I should had them park it in the valet parking deck if I was being charged anyway. Very poor way to treat customers.

Non front desk staff great. The front desk woman on check in and younger woman next day were beyond snobby…. I live in Boca give me a break on that crap…. Talking down as if wasting their precious time
