Really come to the adventures we went on

Cons:

Had to ask them to come in and clean the toilet when we got to our room. There was someones pee on the toilet seat and pubic hairs. For what we paid it was gross. I only stay at Hilton... maybe not anymore....

Disappointing hotel with good potential: rude staff, rough breakfast, bathroom not clean.

When the construction on the bridge is done, it will be accessible to the old town area.

Cons:

The staff seemed bothered to help us at the front desk. My Aunt was doing laundry and someone had their clothing sitting in the dryer. When she went to the front desk the worker told her that there was nothing to do and was rude about it. Also, check in is 4 pm and our rooms weren’t ready until almost 6!!

Peccato essere rimasti solo una notte!
Pros:

Camera spaziosissima con salottino e angolo cottura. Tutto pulito e ordinato, vista sulla laguna molto piacevole, colazione ottima, a pochi passi dal centro, staff cordiale.

Tutto perfetto!

There was only Valet parking available. The parking lot was large and right there in front of the property with easy walking distance. Extra $29 to pay for parking plus tips every time you needed car. Unnecessary expense I would have definitely parked my own car.

Hotel für kurzen Aufenthalt passend, wenn man sich für Historical St. Augustine interessiert.
Pros:

Die Lage zum Historical District ist super. Der Poolbereich ist i.O., Fitnessstudio ist auch ok! Ganztägig Kaffee und Wasser. Grillbereich/Terasse war ebenfalls gut.

Cons:

Frühstück war wirklich spärlich und das schlechteste auf unserem gesamten Trip. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Küche, die Ausstattung dazu war allerdings ein Witz. Lieber weglassen, anstatt es so anzubieten. Nur VALET Parken! Die 29$ extra für den Parkplatz sind meinetwegen noch OK, weil normal in den USA, aber die Parkplätze sind 10m vom Eingang entfernt und man musste das Auto immer „abgeben“ und holen lassen, gegen TIP. Absolut dumm und unnötig, weil ich mein Auto fast anfassen kann, während es geholt wird. Selten wurden Handtücher am Pool aufgefüllt. Laundry kostet Geld, ist nicht kostenfrei. Keine Schattenplätze auf der Terrasse, im Sommer natürlich hart in Florida. Das Hotel will leider mehr sein, als es ist.
