Pros:

The staff was very friendly and the room was cute and clean. They upgraded our room when we got there and the staff member was very welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

The drink tickets were given to us to use during our stay but we were not informed that the bar downstairs didn't open until 3pm so we weren't able to use those.

This was my partners and I first time in Oregon, so safe to say we were a bit scared. This was a visit for my birthday and our late anniversary trip. We got to our hotel and immediately felt so welcome. Our room was amazing. We loved the layout, bed was comfy, restroom was nice and spacious for both of us to get ready. We loved the photo booth and vending machines inside as well as the microwave and little amenities. This hotel is also so close to public transportation and the zoo which is what we were most excited for. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Amazing team, food, room. Loved it all and will definitely be coming back! :D

Love this hotel!
Pros:

Had a fantastic three night stay here. The location is great for visiting the different neighborhoods. Pearl District, Old Town/Chinatown all in walking distance. Other areas easily accessible via public transportation which is nearby.

Our room was very comfortable. Nice bed, good curtains, and very quiet. As others have noted and the hotel acknowledges, the Moxy brand is not for everyone. So do your homework. The rooms are small and minimalist. The lobby/reception /bar has a fun vibe and energy. It caters to a younger, hipper crowd. We are neither young nor hip but still love it.

The staff are fantastic. Thank you to Duncan, Conan, and Chris! And a big shout out to Emory- think you for the conversations, recommendations, and laughs!

Hope to return to Portland and will definitely stay at the Moxy.

Check in was terrible: slow + there is zero privacy with your personal information.
Milk at morning coffee is always empty
Walls are thin
If you’re not going to have a closet, at least give me more than 3 hangars.
I still have not gotten my $200 incidentals deposit back

Pros:

Location is in the heart of downtown where there is ALOT of homeless with urine smell on every corner. Not sure why this mediocre hotel has a 4 star. Rooms are really tiny, the hallways and inside of the entire hotel is DARK. Front desk was nice but what they quote is not always right vs what is charged. I tried reaching out for a small refund due to miscommunication on late check in. They stated they would refund and I never got it. No communication from them since.

Locatie, goed bed, voldoende toiletartikelen, vriendelijk personeel, 2 gescheiden aparte kamers voor 3 gasten. Correcte prijs.
