Oteldeki konaklamamdan son derece keyif aldım. Tesisler mükemmeldi ve konforlu, bakımlı bir ortam sundu.
​Bu deneyimi gerçekten farklı kılan, personel tarafından sağlanan üstün hizmetti, özellikle de resepsiyonist Tolga. Giriş ve çıkış işlemlerimi dikkate değer bir verimlilikle yönetti ve otel için gerçekten mükemmel bir temsilciydi.
​Tolga'nın yardımı paha biçilmezdi. Kendisi kibar, son derece profesyonel ve özellikle kilitlenen kasamla ilgili küçük bir sorunu çözerken olağanüstü bir iletişimciydi. Dahası, sabah 3:00'teki erken ayrılışımın sorunsuz geçmesini sağlamak için elinden geleni yaptı ve şahsen bir uyandırma çağrısı ayarladı. Pros:

Хороший разнообразныйзавтрак, прекрасный вид на море из ресторана, отличное расположение, в пешей доступности район Галатской башни, улица Истикляль, через Галатский мост можно дойти пешком до Египетского базара и основных достопримечательностей старого города.Рядом много кафе и ресторанов, автобусная остановка, метро, причал, откуда можно отправиться в круиз по Босфору или на Принцевы острова.

The location is great , easy to get to Fatih neighborhood and taksim/ galata . It’s in between both areas and Rahme made sure the room was perfectly clean . Great value

Υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο. Μέτριο πρωϊνό.
Pros:

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Πολύ κοντά σε όλα τα σημαντικά αξιοθέατα. Σε πολλά από αυτά πήγαινα κυριολεκτικά με τα πόδια. Απέναντι από το μέτρο. Πεντακάθαρο και πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο δωμάτιο. Μας έκαναν αναβάθμιση της κράτησης κατά την άφιξη μας με αποτέλεσμα να έχουμε υπέροχη θέα στο Βόσπορο. Την ίδια θέα είχαμε και από το εστιατόριο του πρωινού. Ευγενικό και χαμογελαστό προσωπικό.

Cons:

Το πρωινό ικανοποιητικό. Χρειάζεται βελτίωση. Φτωχό σε ποικιλία. Φτωχό σε ποσότητα. Δεν αξίζει με τίποτα να χρεωθείτε επιπλέον 20ευρω το άτομο για αυτό το πρωίνο. Το σχολιάζω απλά για να αφυπνισω τους ιθύνοντες.

Estadía económica y placentera.
Pros:

Instalaciones con excelente mantenimiento.
Las estaciones del metro y el tranvía relativamente cerca, una caminada de 5 ó 6 minutos. Excelente relación precio/beneficio. La habitación muy amplia.Muy buen desayuno. Excelente atención del personal, Cerem excelente ayuda.
Volvería a este hotel.

Cons:

En algunos momentos mucho ruido en la calle.
Las aceras para ir a las estaciones del metro y tram, en general y mal estado pero no hay inseguridad. Aunque no fue problema, el personal no habla inglés ni usa el traductor de Google que podrían facilitar las comunicaciones con los huéspedes.

Great Location! Highly recommended
Pros:

Great Location. We went alone and discovered a lot in the city. Galata bridge just opposite the hotel, Also metro there and if you are going to meet this area, this is the best way to do it. Breakfast was really tasty, with wonderful view. We would go again to the same hotel.

Cons:

Even if something small, I believe all good vibes have covered it. I dont really remember something bad in our case
