Staff when available super nice. The dog police was the best experience their.

Where can I start... Located in the middle of a poor and hard to get to neighborhood. Last two blocks of dirt makes it hard to get to. Cannot walk anywhere from here, feels unsafe. No microwave or tv in the room or in the lobby area. Receptionist no it available unavailable at night, so you feel like you are staying at the Texas chainsaw massacre hotel from the movies.,

Pictures looks better than reality. Not a true depiction of what you think you are getting in. Feels over priced.,

This property need to be renovated. Some of the wood slabs in our room were loose and flooring uneven. The place was hard to find as the main street did not have signage to direct us to where the hotel was.

The lady in front desk was very nice

Cons:

The hotel was just horrible, not like the picture. Water would get suck in the shower or sink and a very bad smell would come out.
The second floor looked like it was gonna fall any moment.

Farm style potential in need of paint and repairs.
Pros:

This place is better in the picture, than the reality is down a dirt road and seems like it is a bit in disrepair. The room just seemed odd at best with the missing hot water connection on the tiny sink with no shelf and reversed cold water. The room needs a paint job and a few spots ls filed desperately. The A/C small and noisy did work. Staff friendly but very noisy in the morning nonstop. The place has potential but is not up to the standards on the room with two beds. I would have to give it a one-star with barking dogs in the middle of the night.

Pros:

I loved that the property was away from the city center. Location was quiet, lobby was very nice and there was a nice little outdoor space with chairs to relax in.

Cons:

Driving to the hotel is a little iffy especially if you are not comfortable with crossing the border. The entrance to the hotel was a dirt road. There was a large area for kids to run around in. It is not a great location for families as the beds and rooms are very small. The bathroom was small and shower outdated. The doors would not close well so the water would spill and pool on the floor. The pictures shown on the site are deceiving. There were no other hotels available that weekend so we chose what was available. The property itself has so much potential and if updated would be great!
