Room was great, staff were great, but location & breakfast let it down
Pros:

The breakfast was ok, but not up to usual standard. Room was large, clean & comfortable. Staff were friendly & helpful.

Cons:

No juice at breakfast - the machine had broken & they'd run out of cartons of juice.There were a number of homeless people in the area, right outside the hotel, which made it feel unsafe to walk outside.

Nice and Clean - near Mortgage Matchup Arena and the Diamondbacks Stadium
Pros:

The breakfast was typical IHG-- the staff kept the area very clean and the food was plentiful. We had a 3 night stay and the room was freshened every day - It was walkable to the arena which was most important

Cons:

The hotel itself was fine- the area is not bad... but not great - the outside pool area needs help We did multiple walks to Mortgage Matchup Arena - maybe a 20 minute walk- and it was fine.

Good value, but needs some work.
Pros:

The breakfast was great and the staff were nice.

Cons:

When I checked in I was given a room that wasn't cleaned. I walked in and the bedding was a mess, there were bottles all over and was obviously not cleaned. I was given a replacement room.

A/C was good.

Cons:

They switched our 2 queen bed room to a single King with out notifying us and did not provide a roll away.

Prima hotel voor een verblijf in Phoenix
Pros:

Prima ligging, gratis parkeren. Prima kamers en in tegenstelling tot andere reacties: het personeel was vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam

Cons:

Veel te klein zwembad voor dit hotel en maar enkele ligbedden. Het zal komen doordat wij in het weekend hier verbleven, maar het hotel zat vol met grote families met heel veel kinderen. De lobby, gangen en liften waren uitermate vies door de natte uitloop van het zwembad richting hotelkamers. Ontbijt is “ complimentary”.. dit is niet voor alle gasten duidelijk helaas. Zag bijzonder veel volle borden richting de lift mee gaan. Ook hier weer vele families in pyjama’s in de ontbijt ruimte, ik begrijp niet dat hier nooit eens wat van wordt gezegd

Cons:

Nothing really! I came for a concert. There is an unhoused community but they were minding their business!! Doesn’t take away from the esthetic of the hotel!!

I enjoyed how clean and friendly the staff were.

Cons:

Just the people next door to use were very loud and arguing and slamming doors. I did call the front office to check on them, but it didnt stop they checked out an hour later.
