The lounge

Didn’t feel good as as we were in dark noisy room
Pros:

The room was given where some repairs work was going and we were advised to keep curtains closed for privacy reasons and we can hear and see person working and drilling outside our window. Very uncomfortable and noisy

More Than a Stay , Thank You, Luna
Pros:

We stayed 6 days at Radisson Da Nang and really enjoyed the location near the beach. But what truly made our trip special was Luna from the front desk.

From check-in to check-out, she was the definition of genuine hospitality. Always smiling, always caring, always making sure we were having a great time from helping us find a beautiful restaurant view to preparing snacks for our trip to the airport.

Seeing Luna every morning and evening honestly became part of our holiday happiness. We even spoke to the general manager about her without mentioning her name, and he immediately knew who we meant. That says everything.

If we ever come back to Da Nang, we will definitely stay here again especially because of Luna.

The location. The swimming pool. The view from the swimming pool. The rooms were clean and cozy, even though a bit small. The Radisson holds it's mark most of the time! We had a great stay!

Cons:

Parking for the bikes is outside only. Could provide shower gels and shampoo in the small individual bottles to take with you after the stay for that price. Not the refills.
