Great location, but can't trust the staff
Pros:

the Location was just perfect and the view we had from our room was just exceptional

Cons:

The staff member that helped take our bags to our room, Kim, scammed me.
He was nice at first and kept insisting that we should take a tour of hoi an and try to the coconut boat tour. He said it was all very cheap and we exchanged Whatsapp contact information. He messaged me saying everything was included. I even asked specifically if the coconut boat ride was included and he said yes. once we arrived to the coconut boat tour, we were asked for another 400,00 dong, I told them mine is inlcluded already. I called Kim and he said sorry no it isn't included. I ended up paying for it after driving so far to not participate in the experience. After the ride I checked my phone and Kim deleted the message that said it was included after i specifically asked if it was. I messaged him about deleting the messages and he argued with me saying the price is so cheap that why would i think that it was included. He lied to me and i would never recommend this hotel to any other travelers solely based on the fact that you can't trust the staff members.

L’emplacement top sur My Khe Beach.
Petit déjeuner incroyable, difficile de mieux faire.
Chambre propre mais petite.
Vue magnifique depuis le bar de la piscine

Cons:

La piscine n’est pas chauffée c’est dommage et le temps d’attente pour les ascenseurs peut être parfois long

Die Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit der Mitarbeiter und Staf.
Schöne Hotelzimmer und toller Pool.
Ebenfalls habe ich mich über die vorhandene Sauna gefreut.
Das Frühstücks Angebot war Ausgerichtet auf viele internationale Gäste und reichhaltig.
Eine Bestellung von Kaffee oder Saft bei den Mitarbeiter des Frühstücks Restaurant wurde freundlich erledigt.
Wenn ich zum Strand ging bekam ich an der Lobby Handtücher vom Hotel gestellt

Nur ein Hinweis: Für sauna Gäste sollte Handtücher bereit gestellt werden, wie am Pool.

Pros:

Absolument incroyable ! L'hôtel est très bien placé, nous avons eu une chambre avec vue partielle sur la mer et ensuite nous avons rajouté une autre nuit avec vue sur l'océan et la chambre était tellement belle et la vue incroyable !
J'ai réservé en dernière minute le jour même, le jour de mon anniversaire et l'équipe a laissé un mot pour mon anniversaire avec des petits gâteaux, j'ai trouvé cela vraiment adorable et je les en remercie mille fois!
Nous avons été accueillis par Louis à notre arrivée, il nous a vraiment bien accueilli, avec grand sourire !

A Perfect And Memorable Stay!
Pros:

We loved everything about our stay here.
The staff, our suite, the cleanliness, the comfort, the facilities, the location and the food.
Yes, it's more expensive than surrounding hotels, but you pay for what you get.
It was a pleasure to stay here and the staff are fantastic.
The VIP lounge was a very pleasant and relaxing experience and the infinity pool and it's view looked great; even though we didn't use the pool itself.
Whenever we're back in Da Nang, this will be the one place we will stay.

Cons:

There is absolutely nothing to dislike about this hotel.
Everything about it will meet or exceed your expectations.
