리셉션 직원들 너무너무 친절하고 좋았습니다

Cons:

3박 묵었는데 체크인 하고 들어가니 샤워가운에 화장품 묻어있어서 기분 나빴어요.. 그리고 호텔 지배인으로 보이는 사람 사람 봐가면서 인사하더라고요. 저희가 어린 커플 같아보였는지 눈마주쳐도 인사 안하고 기분 나쁘게 쳐다보더라구요. 여러번 마주쳤는데 그러셨어요. 머리엄청 짧고 베이지색 양복입고 키 작고 까무잡잡하신 분.
다른 가족들이나 서양인한테 인사하고^^ .. 우리도 똑같은 투숙객입니다
그리고 다른 후기에서 습하다고 하던데 진짜에요 호텔 복도에서 꿉꿉하고 습한 냄새가 너무 심해서 묵는 내내 냄새가 약간 메스꺼워요 참고하세요. (방은 에어컨 계속 틀어놔서 괜찮아요)

Pros:

I enjoyed my stay at Raddison very much, but I wish the staff spoke more English. Especially the restaurant and spa staff. They need to speak and understand better English. Otherwise I will recommend Raddison to others.

All the hotels on the northern stretch does not have a private beach. However Radisson’s spot is the most convenient as it is right at the crossing to the entrance the (paid) public beach .. fee is VND 18k you with complimentary use of hose / open air showers

Sajnos ezúttal csalódást okozott a szállás. A szoba meglehetősen szűk volt, és teljesen hiányzott belőle bármiféle design vagy otthonosság – gyakorlatilag csak szürke csempe és fehér falak fogadtak. A szobában ráadásul kellemetlen szag is volt.
A kilátás szintén csalódást keltett: az ablakból közvetlenül a szomszédos épület falára lehetett látni, amely nagyon közel helyezkedett el.
Korábban már szálltam meg Radisson hotelben, és jó tapasztalataim voltak, ezért most különösen csalódott voltam. Ettől a márkától ennél jóval magasabb színvonalat vártam.

A wonderful stay at Da Nang Radisson – we would happily return!
Pros:

We loved the rooftop pool & bar. The facilities & staff were amazing! We particularly enjoyed the friendly & professional service from Son. He was a total delight. We were also impressed with the excellent front desk service from Andy.

Cons:

We didn't like that people smoked on the rooftop. They stayed at one end of the rooftop, but the breeze constantly blew in on everyone. Maybe they should close the door in full to separate them.
