Pros:

Nous avons aimé la piscine en rooftop, le personnel de l’établissement étaient super, ainsi que son emplacement à proximité de commerce, restaurant, massage et 5minutes à pieds de la plage.

Nous avions une chambre au 10ème étage et elle était vu partiel sur la mer et la ville. C’était un plaisir de voir cela tous les jours au réveil et au coucher. 10/10

Cons:

La chambre était relativement petite.
Les finissions de l’hôtel reste à désirer pour un hôtel 5etoiles ( piscine avec fenêtre sale, carrelage abîmé, porte des wc qui ne se ferment pas, tapis du hall de l’entrée pas propre, tapis au étage également avec des taches, siège de la chambre également tachée, odeur d’humidité dans la chambre si nous ne mettons pas la climatisation).

The room size !! Inspite of paying a very high price, the size of the room was disappointing compared to Mariott properties with lesser rates and even better location.

A very comfortable base
Pros:

The hotel is very well located, and with Grabs being so easily available, it made a great base.
The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Mornings and later nights can be loud but that’s not the hotels issue, just something to be aware of, we were on the 16th floor.
Pool is nice with a great view, a little on the smaller side but nice to sit next to at the very least! All in all, clean, comfortable and good value.

Cons:

This was the fourth place we have stayed in Vietnam and the staff were hit and miss! Some were incredible like other places in Vietnam and super helpful while others less so. We had a very minor issue in our room with a bank of sockets next to the bed not working, the hotel initially tried to help and gave us an extension lead and a free drink in the bar (which is appreciated!) the General Manager then text me to help resolve the issue too which was a great start but then stopped part way through our stay. Again, not something that particularly challenged us, just highlighted some gaps in service.

Pros:

Everything!!!! The location is perfect. Staff amazing. Breakfast is good. I really appreciated the hotel staffs special thanks to Hao. He organised our bana hills trip and he is so friendly and charming. Happy faces everywhere. My sister and I, we appreciated everything specially since we were only two girls. The hotel was very safe😍

Cons:

Nothing. Maybe the bathroom tiles need an upgrade but that doesn’t matter.
