Perfect for the price, more than expected for price. Great location to emporia and the freeway
Pros:

We got a pool side room! Mini fridge, ice, and coffee! Room size was big!

Cons:

Small double beds, hot tub wasn’t working. Looked a little tired.

Cons:

No crib for infant, the bath tub faucets were not working properly, it was clogging. There was no bag mat, the towels were very old, worn out and not soft at all. No water, napkins or disposable glasses. The mattress was old.

Pros:

Quite clean, quiet, and comfortable. Reception staff courteous and thoughtful. Bedside lamps looked so sharp that I wanted to take them with me. Extremely good value.

Very nice clean room! Manager was very nice and helpful! Price was very reasonable! Would stay again.

Cons:

We did have a cockroach in the room! And the ice machine was out of ice by 6am. No snack machines!

No frills hotel equals good value
Pros:

It was a good value for a one night stay. The mattress was good. We were across from the pool and no one used it so it was really quiet.
The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful about getting us firmer pillows.

Cons:

We drove by it as there was no sign out front.
Absolutely a no frills hotel, no glasses, wi fi, coffee maker, although there was coffee in the large lobby but no creamer.
The ad said a hot tub but it wasn’t working and it also said there was a on site restaurant which there wasn’t.
