Very slow internet....
Pros:

Very clean, modern. Good breakfast. Comfortable stay, and good night sleep.

Cons:

Very slow internet. On average 5-9mb/s.

Unfortunately, for my needs need speedy stable internet connection, and therefore I will stay somewhere else next time I'm in Charlotte.

Pros:

The Clerk was extremely busy when we checked in as a couple of large groups of young people had arrived. It was noisy and chaotic, however she was extremely calm and assisted each pleasantly and efficiently! When it was our turn she was great and provided friendly efficiency!

Cons:

haha the towels could have been softer.

Great location, value, and service!

Home away from Home!!
Pros:

The staff is amazing! So friendly and welcoming, also extremely knowledgeable and personable. I’ve been to MANY Hyatt’s across the country over the past 3 years. This is the absolute best one, hands down. We will definitely be returning and I recommend this location to anyone!!

Cons:

NOT ONE ISSUE. Everything was perfect. Hotel was modern, clean and smelled amazing.

Will definitely stay there again.
Pros:

The location is great. Everything you need within a 2 mile radius. The room very clean. The bathroom was very clean and shower has great pressure and hot water. The beds are some of the most comfortable beds I've slept in compared to other hotels I've stayed in. The TV was great. You are able to cast your phone to watch any media you have on your phone to the TV instead of being stuck with just basic cable.

Cons:

The only complaint i have was the AC in the room. It cools great but it blows directly on you and when it goes off it stays off too long before coming on again. So I was constantly taking my blanket on and off all night.

Great stay, would definitely stay again.
Pros:

The breakfast was great. The staff were friendly.

Cons:

There was only one young black guy stocking the food and drinks Saturday morning for breakfast and it was packed. He was clearly overwhelmed and I overheard him talking to himself, threatening to walk out. There needs to be at least 1 more person to help him
