Will definitely stay there again.
Pros:

The location is great. Everything you need within a 2 mile radius. The room very clean. The bathroom was very clean and shower has great pressure and hot water. The beds are some of the most comfortable beds I've slept in compared to other hotels I've stayed in. The TV was great. You are able to cast your phone to watch any media you have on your phone to the TV instead of being stuck with just basic cable.

Cons:

The only complaint i have was the AC in the room. It cools great but it blows directly on you and when it goes off it stays off too long before coming on again. So I was constantly taking my blanket on and off all night.

Great stay, would definitely stay again.
Pros:

The breakfast was great. The staff were friendly.

Cons:

There was only one young black guy stocking the food and drinks Saturday morning for breakfast and it was packed. He was clearly overwhelmed and I overheard him talking to himself, threatening to walk out. There needs to be at least 1 more person to help him

I didn't like that there was no microwave in my room, and the only one available was downstairs in the lobby-- very inconvenient.

Fantastic hotel!
Pros:

I really loved this hotel. It was in a quiet spot, but close to things that I needed like restaurants and the university. It’s new, modern, CLEAN, very well appointed! And the staff was very helpful.
