Pros:

Great location. Quick walk to beach. Pool area was like being at a small resort with cabanas, plenty of loungers, and outdoor bar. Loved they served coffee on site as well!

Cons:

Fire alarm kept going off. Think it went off 6 times in a 12 hrs period. Not the best when taking a mid day nap.

All of the staff members were quite helpful and really nice.

Cons:

Courtyard guest did not get complimentary breakfast but Springhill guests did. They are the same building. Also the bistro restaurant was very expensive. Two cheeseburger baskets and cesar salad that was warm was $65.00 including tip. They wont let you bring outside food to the pool. You can only buy from the bistro

Great place to stay and we plan to return! Fabulous location to the beach and shopping

Property was very well maintained and room were very clean and comfortable. Asst GM helped us check out and very very courteous

Cons:

Asked Kay at from desk for sheets to be changed after 3rd night and she didn’t act like it was their policy to change sheets for a week long stay. I said a few times I’m requesting this service. She wrote it a down and said it’s left to mgr discretion. They were changed when we returned for the evening.

Had to pay extra to park had to try and hear over a live couple playing music in the lobby at concert volume level bar over served customers causing them to puke in the pool over priced food and drinks not waterfront

Schönes Hotel, sehr gutes Pool und nahe am Strand

Bequemes Bett, auch das Sofabett. !Alles sehr sauber.
Sehr schönes Pool, in welchem man auch noch nach dem Check out bleiben kann. Sehr nahe zum Strand.

Cons:

Es kann kein Frühstück dazu gebucht werden, obwohl es im anderen Hotelbereich ein Buffet gibt. Man muss sich mit dem begrenzten Angebot der Kaffeebar abfinden.
Das Sofabett muss selber hergerichtet werden, auch wenn man anfragt, ob sie es machen könnten.

Not worth the money, sad it used to be great.
Pros:

This property has taken a terrible downturn in every aspect of service. It's also clear this is not American owned. Also evident the ownership cares zero about guest experience only about profits.
