Air conditioning system noisy and faulty
Pros:

The air conditioning system of my room was not only SUPER noisy but not working properly: stopping, then restarting, then stopping again...all night long ! I could not get a proper sleep for 4 days. Too hot than too cold...The good point is the breakfast which is not that fancy, but ok for an average hotel.

First, All the towels smelled like cigarette.

Second, I asked the desk if they can help me make a reservation at a restaurant for dinner because the reservation was in Arabic and I don’t speak nor understand Arabic. Also, the reservation site doesn’t take foreign phone numbers so I couldn’t make a reservation. The receptionist said sorry he couldn’t help me. On the hotel pamphlet in the room it says if guests need help making restaurant reservations the staff will be happy help, but not the case. Very disappointing because I ended up not visiting the restaurant that serves authentic Arabian cuisine.

Third, kind of out of the way from all the main sights. Need to take a taxi or uber to get to places which are very easy to get.
