No communication from property so waited for 3 hours with no access to our space. It was nighttime and we have two young kids. Had to find alternative arrangements.

Pros:

This location was the highlight of our 5 province travels. Clean, bright and new. In a convenient location from stores and amenities. It was also cool that it was a repurposed fire station.

Would not book this place again
Pros:

Did not provide access code to get into room and would not pick up phome when I tried to call them. The next day when I got ahold of them, they where rude. They blamed Hotels, telling us that they got the wrong contact information for us. Hotels.com is not better. They will not refund the money for the money.

Very clean and quiet, nicely located. Had a problem with the lock within one minute the person responsable answered me. Very spacious and comfortable! Would book there again and would recommend for sure

Very nice and large apartment (2-storey), well furnished, everything necessary available, beautiful decoration, own washing machine and tumbler, free parking

Cons:

Unfortunately the apartment did not meet our standard of cleanliness. There was smelly cat litter in the kitchen and partly on the floor. There was also an old salad in the fridge. We were offered another apartment (but we already had all our luggage in the room and therefore decided against it - Thanks for the offer though)

Door lock did not work properly (the door must be closed veeery tightly when locking, otherwise there is an error; at check-in the code did not work at first)
