Pros:

名古屋に土地勘がなくてホテルのロケーション選びに困っていたが、他都市で利用した事のあるチェーンで気に入っていたため、予約した。街の中心地で買い物や飲食に便利。治安も良かった。地下鉄駅から近かったので選んで正解だった！

很好👍。
Pros:

位置鄰近百貨、地下街。走路7-12分鐘可抵達東山線或名城線的車站，相當方便。房間雖不大但是挺舒適的，服務人員態度也親切。

Pros:

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. I arrived on a rainy day and one of the staff gave me a towel to dry myself and my bag which I thought was very kind.
The buffet breakfast was amazing. It helped me very much each day I was there as I was travelling to the F1.

Cons:

A bit of a walk from the subway station but nothing too bad.

Cons:

Stayed 5 nights, room was fine — but service was extremely disappointing.
We checked out on 7/4 and asked to store our luggage for 2 days while traveling to Kyoto. The concierge flatly refused, with no flexibility or willingness to help. We ended up bringing our luggage to Hotel Nikko Style instead, where storage was not an issue at all.
The situation with complimentary water was also frustrating. Since we didn’t use housekeeping, we had to go down daily just to request water — and each time felt like we had to beg. On a rainy day, our request for 2 bottles was even rejected because we had already taken some earlier. Completely unreasonable.
This is my 7th trip to Japan, and the first time I’ve encountered such poor hospitality.
Would not recommend.

Unhelpful concierge, no luggage storage, overly rigid and unfriendly service.
