The room, pool
Clean and comfy
Parking
The property was located right near a vortex which was a plus.
The staff was very unfriendly. Did not greet us or welcome us. The staff did not provide blankets initially only sheets. The property fan was so extremely loud in our room that when we brought it up to the front desk we thought they would assist however dismissed us. Would never stay here again!
I would definitely stay again, loved everything. Definitely a 10
I enjoyed the whole experience
Modern and very clean property including the room and public spaces. Free breakfast. Staff were friendly and seem to appreciate us as guests. We like the West Sedona location - it's a peaceful escape from the busier parts of Sedona.
It can be kind of costly, however Sedona in general is more expensive. There is a $25 per night fee to park.
Breakfast was well prepared, good selection.
Shower in disrepair.
No placeses for dogs to do their business
Had to go out in the weather to get from our room to the lobby.
$25 fee for parking
Its a new building and the room was very confortable and spacious.the lady at the front desk was very helpfull. We love the breakfast and the guy helping at the breakfast area was very focused on doing his job..
No coment.
Great breakfast, very comfortable room with Great kitchen. Spa and pool heated and Great entertainment for kids.
Further from town than we realized, not walking distance to any restaurants or bars
The hotel is a few miles from the uptown (yea they call it uptown there). Driving time depends on how bad the traffic is near those many roundabouts.
Pros: good food at breakfast (free). Electric vehicle charging. Decent service.
Cons: one of the Tesla chargers was broken. The room wasn’t very clean. One of the front desk employee (she worked in the late evenings when we stayed) was rude.
Amazing location. Beautiful rooms great staff. You can hike right behind the hotel or take the shuttle. You don’t have to try and get a parking spot at a popular hiking location.
We left early. Very expensive and very mediocre rooms. Like a lot of Sedona businesses - unfortunately- I felt “taken”. Besides the extraordinary nature, beauty and hiking, people are right when they say there’s too much Sedona expense, hassle and traffic.
Also decided to cancel my expensive bonvoy credit card after this stay.
Only plus is the hotel’s proximity to the hiking shuttle stop.
Overall I’d definitely stay at the Hyatt pinion pointe instead.
