We were in town for a an event and so glad i booked this hotel. It exceeded my expectations! The staff is professional and friendly. It is located conveniently to restaurants and shopping. We stayed in the Double Suite and it did not disappoint. The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms were top notch with the scent of freshness filling the air As soon as you walk through the Hotel Entrance. They also have a lobby with flat screens tvs for you watch the latest games. Overall I was very pleased with my stay and would recommend this anyone. Whenever we are in the area I will definitely be booking here!

The trundle couch/bed was filthy. If it hadn't been nearly midnight when we checked in we would have requested another room.

Excellent stay and location!
Pros:

It was a great location near the freeway and plenty of stores and restaurants. The facility was clean. The service was great. The lobby smelled so nice. Our rooms were clean, fully stocked and very cozy. This was my first time at SpringHill. I’m more of a Hilton girl but I was very impressed and I would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

Was charged twice for one night stay. Manager “Deon” after weeks of calling. He confirmed I’d be refunded. I ended up having to file a dispute with my bank to get money back.
