Friendly staff
There was nothing I didn't like
Clean and crisp rooms with a 5 minute walk to the beach.
Little pricey but that comes being so close to the beach.
Prox
imity to the beach
Hotel was clean, great location and staff was very helpful! We loved the pool and breakfast!
Our bathroom door lock was wonky, but we managed!
The location was great.
Only 2 drawers to put clothes in. Pool wasn’t heated. Hot tub full of children.
The location
The mold in the bathrooms and the cleanliness
It was at a convenient location for us on this trip and the suite we had was very clean..
1. The free breakfast provided was not the tastiest I've ever had and considering I was in Florida, one of the nation's
predominant growers of oranges and provider of orange juice, I found it ironic that the breakfast juice machine ran
out of orange juice one morning;
2. I may have missed this is the description when I booked the suite but I was taken aback when the clerk at check-in
advised me that there would be a $15 daily charge for parking my vehicle on the property. I never encountered that
before;
3. This may not be a like or dislike but I found it a bit odd that Marriott had two distinct lodging properties in the same building. There was a Courtyard by Marriott and a Springhill Suites. Parking spots were either marked for one or the other but a number of spaces were also unmarked. It was a head scratcher to say the least.
Liked the location and the room was very nice. Enjoyed the breakfast. The only problem was the pool water was ice cold. I think they said the heater was broke.
The temperature of the pool water was ice cold.
Nothing
It was dirty, old and tired.
Bar staff was great. Location was excellent. Just a few minutes drive to downtown and able to walk to beach and park easily.
Breakfast was typical for 3 star hotels and lots of options. Just not my style. I wish it had provided until 10 am. 9 am to shut down too early for us.
I thought a bit expensive per night for a 3 star hotel especially having to pay for parking as an additional fee. It was the end of Spring Break though.
staff was awesome location is fantastic
the translucent barn door on the bathroom is my only complaint. Don't try and use the bathroom in the middle ofnthe night it will light up the entire sleeping area.
Location of bathroom in room wasn't great for kids
The location was excellent. The hotel layout, the lobby area, the pool area and the area that served breakfast was very modern and inviting.
I was surprised to be charged for parking for two out of the three nights of our stay. I don’t recall seeing that posted. Also a happy hour advertisement in the elevators prompted us to go try it out one evening. No one seemed to know what was “happy hour” food or drink.
Close to the beach!
Very outdated.
