We chose Cloudveil for its location in the middle of town and because it looked a luxury hotel.
Room prices we knew were high but our room was very small for the price paid. There was no laundry service over the weekend. We had been traveling and expected this.
In our opinion not worth £1400 a night…Four Seasons cheaper and better.

Can’t beat the location, walkable to so many amazing restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, bars, etc. It is a beautifully designed luxury hotel, the lobby and seating areas are so cool and great photo ops. The room was high-end and comfortable. Staff was nice and helpful. My only negative experience was upstairs at the rooftop lounge which had terrible choice in music, best described as dated club music, and it was too loud to ignore. I really would have loved to enjoy the beautiful rooftop every day of our trip but the music made it impossible. Put on something that fits the town and vibes please!

Fantastic location in Jackson Hile. The Bistro restaurant is very good. The walk-ability around Jackson Hole is excellent.
This is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed. The staff were all so lovely, the facilities, the location, the attention to detail! The Bistro was incredible! Again, absolute lovely staff & probably the best steak I have ever eating. Highly recommend staying here if you head to Jackson!

We loved the Cloudveil. Beautiful, clean, and nice amenities. We were glad we stayed here instead of in Teton Village - nice to be in town, and the shuttle makes it convenient to get to the mountain (they also have a car service as well). Only negative thing to say is that we didn’t love the restaurant - it was fine, but nothing compared to some of the other restaurants we ate at during our stay. Overall the Cloudveil has become our choice hotel in Jackson.
