Convenience
The bed was to used. Got a back ache.
Breakfast was better than I expected. Staff was always available and responsive. Really ceramic mugs and glasses in the room.

Everything
I didn't like that there was no Cover to the Front doors and a narrow entrance.
The breakfast was wonderful; lots of variety in the food and nicely arranged. Plenty of places to sit .

We were thankful- our flight landed after midnight. We were able to get our room. I had contacted the hotel several times letting them know of our late arrival.
The overflow parking was super super scary. The police camera was scary. It yelled at us saying we were trespassing. It would have been nice if the employee would have given us a a heads up. Dark parking lot. Felt really unsafe. We were shocked to see that the employee had her son with her in his pajamas at the front desk at 1:30-2:00 am.
The bedding was extremely thin and not comfortable.
I was impressed with the property all around.
Close by the Hyatt Regency but without all the "busy". Good security, both to et in the front door and on the elevator. Several good food options nearby.
It was nice and clean

The hotel staff were very friendly and nice and try to accomodate you as much as they can. Check-in was very smooth and check out even easier. The roims were a good size (we had a King bed). Very clean. Beds were comfortable (I actually napped)! Breakfast was very good but should go a lil longer than 9a.m. Lobby was immaculate and love the security of it that in the evening you have to use your key card to enter and you cannot use the elevators without it. So felt very safe. Very convenient to Anchutz Hospital. Will gladly stay again on next visit.
The parking was a small lot behind the hotel not very well lit and limited handicap spaces The pool albeit heated had no jacuzzi which we looked forward to after a couple of hours drive and multiple medical tests. (But not a total deterrent) The t.v. channels were very lack lustere to watch. The bathroom needs more counte rspace to place toilettries. The shower had good pressure but to get good temperature was difficult (could be from being top floor maybe) Though did love the moderness of it all.
I liked that it had all the things in the room that were needed to make a few night stay with kids doable.
The only thing I didn’t like was the kitchen/breakfast staff was incredibly off putting and told over you and watched you eat. They did not seem pleasant, however with that being said the food itself and the cleanliness was 10/10
I was at the hotel for the holidays and felt like I was still at home. Terrific staff, comfortable bow and then some rooms. How anyone could stay anywhere else?
The only complaint was the food that was served. It wasn't the best. The kitchen staff seem like it had an attitude and I'd like to have had the option of coffee or hot chocolate throughout the day. If I wanted to be downstairs in a lobby.
