Typical Colfax avenue hotel. You can put lipstick on the pig but it's still a pig!
Pros:

Just your typical Colfax avenue hotel, rebranded! Parking was terrible, neighborhood was not great, and and for a Hyatt hotel it was far below standard! Kitchen staff, and front desk staff, we're not overly friendly, or up to the Hyatt standard! Next time I will stay at a better Hyatt or Hampton. Have had better service at motel 6.

Cons:

The breakfast was lacking, and staff was not overly friendly. Minimal towels, and toiletries. One ice machine available on the 5th floor. Channels on the TV were limited, not common for a Hyatt. If I were to give this a 1 to 10 score I would have to say five would be my best

I like the location and great breakfast.

Cons:

The elevator was broken at the moment when I returned after a busy day and I walked up to the 6th floor. It wasn't the best experience. However, on the positive side, staff promptly called the service and the issue was fixed 2 hours later.

We were on the 4th floor but our room got hot in the middle of the night! It feels like there was no air coming out!

Perfect stay at visiting the hospital or Campus

Pros:

It was close to everybody I needed to be with, and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in at a hotel! Friendly staff, nice continental breakfast, clean. I will definitely make this my hotel of choice when I visit Denver!
