Nice spot overall with a decent view
Pros:

The location was nice. Minimal traffic and city noise. The breakfast was well maintained and had many choices for different diets.

Cons:

Overall satisfaction. Wish prices were lower all around for hotels, but good value with this one.

Je n'ai pas aimé la façon dont l'hôtel a gérer la fuite de gaz. Nous avons du évacuer la chambre d'urgence sans pouvoir avoir de nouvelles de la journée si nous pourrions y passer la nuit suivante. Aucun excuse de la part de l'hôtel. Je suis bien au courrant que ce genre d'événement peut arriver mais il y a une façon de traiter la clientèle. Nous étions a cet hotel pour une competition de cheerleading j'ai dû courir pour aller préparer ma fille dans l'hôtel d'une autre athlète. Nous n'avons pas eu droit à notre déjeuner inclus et avons stresser toute la journée sans savoir si nous pourions réintégrer notre chambre. La moindre des choses aurait été de nous tenir au courant via courriel/texto

Spacieux et bien!
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était bien et l'hôtel bien placée. Bien insonorisé la chambre, ça c'est un gros plus.

Cons:

Seul chose, l'eau de la piscine était tiède froide malheureusement. Même pour mes enfants de 8 et 10 ans, ce n'était pas très attrayant. Manque d'ambiance aussi à la piscine, peu d'équipement pour attirer les familles.

Be weary of "Upgrades with a promised Discount" at this Hotel
Pros:

Facilities were okay

Cons:

Reserving a Queen Room then upon arrival being told no Queen Room was available but I would be upgraded to a King Room with a discount of 15% off my original rate.
But upon checking my CC in the following days, the hotel actually charged an additional 15% to my CC and didn't provide any discount whatsoever. I called and spoke to the Manager who was adamant that the 15% discount would be applied, but that has yet to happen and it's been over a month since the stay.
Very frustrating and disappointing.

Clean hotel, restaurants near by for a drink and a bite to eat within walking distance. Breakfast was great! Good for a
Pros:

Breakfast was great… rooms were clean. A craft beer franchise restaurant was on the property so very convenient to go for a dinner and just had to walk across the parking lot.

Cons:

The pool was small and lackluster for our 11 year old, but fine for the night. Luckily we were just a family of 3 so it was fine for a quick swim.. really not a big deal.

Super séjour!
Pros:

La chambre est très belle et propre. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine. Le déjeuner est excellent. Nous devions rester une nuit et avons décidé de rester une nuit supplémentaire.

Very enjoyable
Pros:

Building is only four years old and everything was super clean.Staff was really pleasant and helpful

Location we found was very good for our needs.Not a big deal but the lighting over the coffee machine was non existent which made it a pain to try and figure out the nespresso machine.In the end we just went down to the lobby for coffee.In general although there were plenty of lights in the room none of them were particularly bright.That said though , everything else about the room and hotel itself was first class.Already planning a trip back and will stay at the Hyatt again!!!
