La robinetterie de la douche. IL est impossible de contrôler la robinetterie. Je me suis laver a l eau bouillante. Les poignées tournent dans le vide sans arrêt. M

Heater/ AC came on and rattled every 2 hours
The staff were very polite, friendly ,respectful and patient that's truly appreciated
However the sofa bed was not comfortable , one of the pillows weren't clean and one of the beds had a stain and unfortunately certain guys were very loud during the evening and early morning the next day .

The room and the bathroom were very spacious. There was a cozy seating area in the room. Breakfast was great! Good coffee.

The fact that you guys made me pay so much more booking with yous and I asked for two double beds and a couch and was told I was getting that but I didn't but the staff upgraded me to help me out seeing you screwed up my reservation
Breakfast buffet was delicious … plenty of choices for ourselves and 3 little girls.
The pool area was clean and not too busy at the times we chose to be there … 5pm at night or 9:30am in the morning.
Location was excellent … we went to East Side Mario’s for supper and attend a movie with our grandchildren … all within a short drive !

Sofa bed which was needed was not comfortable. Pillows were soft and had to ask for more but we received more immediately with no questions asked
