Awesome experience!!
Pros:

Beds are super comfortable. They actually let you control the temperature in your room without having motion sensors hooked up to the thermostat. The breakfast may have been the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. I would definitely stay here again!!

Cons:

The cost....was $240 but I guess you get what you pay for, the room and service was outstanding!!

Rooms are comfortable but we were mislead about the charges for a pet, also the staff were rude.
Pros:

The hotel was fine although there were kids running up and down the hallways all night. I think there must have been a soccer team or two staying in the hotel. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was great.

Cons:

I had booked for our pet to stay and when I arrived I was told there would be an extra $75 charge for the dog. When I booked online there was no mention of an extra fee for the pet. We took the dog to my sisters place and left her there for the night rather than pay the extra charge. Staff that I dealt with were rude and pretty much said "pay it or leave". If I could have got a refund, I would have happily gone somewhere else.
