I loved the location. It was in the heart of Atlanta with an amazing view.
There was a ton of younger kids there at the time and it was just slightly noisy.
Everything
Nothing great place
Location
My tv in the living room area did not work even after they sent someone to look at it
My Mother and I came to see the Cirque du Soleil show Luzia and stayed here. It is within walking distance in good weather and the whole area is walkable. The hotel is beautiful, super clean, friendly staff and we had drink vouchers for 2 drinks at happy hour in the lobby! The rooms are very spacious and have everything we would have needed to stay a week even though we were only there for a night. I would definitely book with this hotel again when coming to Atlanta!
Location
The pillow cases were not clean. There were no slippers, no personal care swags..
I didn't like that.I didn't receive my money back.I had to put a hundred dollars into deposit and I know they took the parking fee out of it... But they did not reimburse me with the rest of my money , and I did not leave the hotel room mess stuff or nothing.
Friendly and respectful staff
Location has old battered future and old sour rugs throughout hotel. Felt completely unclean as soon as I stepped off elevator. The have heavy “motel” style doors. For the price of $200/nighty I expect so much more. I’ve seen better at $88/night hotel such as Holiday Inn. It’s clear this location is only in business because of proximity to Atlanta attractions. Would not recommend.
Good
Breakfast
I will say, the lobby was clean and the building itself had potential, but the lack of basic hospitality and working amenities ruined what could’ve been a good stay. Definitely not the experience I expected from a hotel with this reputation.
I rarely leave poor reviews, but my experience at this Embassy Suites was extremely disappointing. I booked a king bed, 2-room suite and paid accordingly, only to be given a room with two beds. When I brought this up, James at the front desk told me there was nothing that could be done because it was booked through a third-party site and all kings were full. No effort was made to make it right.
Then I got to the room — the A/C was off and it was unbearably hot. The refrigerator wasn’t working and was leaking water all over the floor. I reported it to James as well, and when I returned after getting groceries, the fridge was at least turned on — but now had visible mold inside, making it unusable and ruining the food I had just purchased.
By then, I was fed up and exhausted, so I just slept it off. I expected much better from a brand like Embassy Suites. Poor customer service, room issues, and a general lack of care — I won’t be returning to this location.
Front desk was amazing. Very helpful. Super friendly
Bathroom door was off the roller and room smelled of Marijuana

Location was great - walkable to attractions and good food.
The chef was wonderful and the rest of the staff were accommodating and friendly.
Breakfast was good but there was just a long wait. I was guest they were fully booked and only had one chef in the omelette section
Room, and breakfast fast very good The omelet lady has 100 points.
The breakfast schedule was very strict; there were 5 of us in the room, but only 3 of us were able to eat. They should offer a small option for those who come down 10 minutes late.
