Pros:

Hotel was good, room was good, very comfortable bed, great shower, breakfast was good.

Cons:

The hotel required a deposit of £50, which was not repaid on leaving, I was told it would take 3 - 5 days for repayment to my card. I have never been asked at any other hotel for a deposit.

I came in and parked my rental car at 15.25 and went to check in and the man behind the desk took my key for the registration of car took my money on my card at 1530 we stayed the night had a great breakfast bye the way would you believe this was our wedding night before we return to our home in Tenerife when we got home the rental company told me i have a parking ticket after research we found out it was from the hotel .....After informing the hotel they saw the mistake but this still cost me admin fee with rental company of which i could not change .....so sorry they have to change the system how can you get a ticket 5 minutes before you check in . Sorry but the breakfast was very good´
