Everything was fine but just about the breakfast; its just my suggestion that as the menu is not Halal, there should some more vegetarians options available other then eggs and hashbrowns :)
La situation, à proximité de la gare, est très commode pour visiter le Kent ; le confort des chambres ; les petits déjeuners formidables...
Je ne suis pas un grand amateur de l'air conditionné.
Die gute Erreichbarkeit. Auf Grund einer frühen Abreise konnten wir am Frühstück nicht teilnehmen, weshalb man und eine Lunchtüte mitgab.
Alle Parkplätze waren ausgebucht es war schwer einen zu finden auch mit Mühe des Personals. Das Personal war sehr freundlich aber musste Rezeption und Bar in einem übernehmen und war massiv überfordert. Wird standen bei schlechten Wetter 4 min und der Türschleuse, da mit Karte oder Code gesichert. Nach Einlass folgte ca.15 min Wartezeit am Check in das ist einfach zu viel um gesehen zu werden und ein erstes Gespräch zu führen.

Oh gosh, wouldn't recommend this hotel. The TV cut in and out all the time. The breakfast was, unfortunately one of the worst I've had. I hoped it being a Hilton hotel would be nice? There were about 4 hot things and that's being generous to call those sausages as sausages. Just defrosted hash browns, bacon, "sausage" and dry scrambled eggs. There wasn't even bread available and I went down half way through service one day, and towards the end on another. Now there IS a waffle station DIY style, but the lady minding breakfast was too busy bugging people about where they sit to stop kids sticking their fingers in the batter. At checkout the friendly guy asked if everything was okay and I went "eh" and shook my hand and he said he was glad to hear it and they love feedback? If you want a great location, sure. But make other meal plans

I stayed at this hotel with my family, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The room was extremely hot, making it impossible for us to sleep comfortably.
I reported the issue to the receptionist, who came to check the air conditioning and assured us that it would start working. However, the air conditioning never worked. When I went back to complain, the staff member seemed uninterested and was not helpful in resolving the problem.
Overall, the customer service was poor, and the lack of a functioning air conditioning system made our stay very uncomfortable.

Great hotel, enjoyed my stay here. Good WiFi signal, room was clean, well appointed, decent size TV , large fridge, user friendly aircon and bed was comfy. Breakfast had a decent selection. The only downside was I had reserved parking which on check in the lad on reception argued myself and two fellow colleagues had not reserved the parking. 15 minutes later turned out we had. Parking here is a nightmare, the second night was no parking even though it was reserved! sort out the parking and it would have been be a 5⭐️ stay
