Complete choice of hot food regardless of time
Everything! When checking in staff were friendly and helpful. We were offered a glass of iced water as it was extremely hot weather outside. Our room was excellent. We could find no fault with anything! Beds were super comfy. The room had everything we needed. Proximity to Ashford International was excellent. All in all we had a great stay. Thank you

Gut gelegen, fußläufig zur Innenstadt mit Pubs und Restaurants. Gutes Zimmer.
Das „Restaurant“ hat den Charakter einer Halle. Sehr einfach und nüchtern gestaltet, sehr laut. Wir haben dort ein durchschnittliches Frühstück erhalten. Zu Abend haben wir dort nicht gegessen, das war uns zu ungemütlich. Insgesamt war das Hotel im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels, in denen wir auf dieser Reise übernachtet haben, zu teuer.
Optimale Lage zum Tunnel, große und gepflegte Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, angenehmes Ambiente.

Was allocated a disabled room for some reason with high toilet and shower with curtains. I booked this hotel months ago so am disappointed with the room allocated and the reception wouldn’t move us. Apart from that the hotel is lovely.
