Perfect for a one night stay prior to boarding le shuttle.
Pros:

I would certainly recommend the Hilton Ashford. Hotel comfortable, great location.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. The staff friendly and professional. The rooms were comfortable though it would have been nice to have a comfortable chair to sit in and read.

Cons:

Everything was fine.

Pros:

Pdj fantastique sauf les viennoiserie qui ne sont vraiment pas français mais on leur pardonne aisément vu la qualité des autres prestations pdj.

Cons:

Les lits d'appoint même pour des enfants n'étaient pas hyper confortables (ce sont des canapés convertibles) mais pour 2 nuits c'était déjà très bien.
Un peu loin du centre ville pour trouver à dîner quand on rentre un peu tard pour un pays comme l'Angleterre (20h30) Il faut mieux prendre sa voiture.

A very nice functional hotel.
Pros:

The staff is friendly and accomodating. Comfortable rooms with air conditioning and fluffy beds. The hotel is located very close to the train station. It is perfect for a short stay or a work trip.

Cons:

Restaurant was hot during the heatwave, but all the other spaces were nice temperature.

Pros:

The staff were generally very polite and highly accommodating of any request. The customer service was spectacular. In particular, I would like to highlight the person in charge, Lopang , who provides truly brilliant customer service.

Great hotel
Pros:

In general all good, great location

Cons:

Need to book your parking, make sure its available otherwise no parking. Was not clear on booking.com unless it was me not seeing it..
No parking available on arrive but staff made a space available.
Otherwise you need to find parking in the area which is not helpful if you don't know the area.
