Shower is slippery when wet
The size of the room
When I tried calling for service, no one answered.
We are visiting family so when we landed, we checked in via the app, chose our room and got a digital key so we went straight to see family rather than add a stop. Once we got to the hotel, we could either stop for a physical key or go straight to the room.
Staff is friendly and accommodating, breakfast has lots of great options, outside pool is heated. No hot tub and rooms are showers only (no bath tub) The only thing lacking is the bed and pillows not as fluffy and comfortable.
Other amenities are close by like In and Out, Starbucks and Target. It’s fun to watch the planes come and go from the air force base too.
Would recommend to anyone coming to the area.

The atmosphere was amazing!! I was able to indulge in the atmosphere of good energy and amazing friendship! Also experienced good friendship!
We had a great experience. The room was nice and clean and very satisfied with our stay. The only complaint was that the Blue Moon and Modelo beer was out of stock lol. Otherwise staff was nice and we were happy with our stay.
Excellent experience the rooms are very clean and roomy. The complimentary breakfast is amazing lots of options to chose from will definitely be returning for the near future
Was not able to receive the room I had booked due to over-booking. Not sure how thats possible. Other than that, normal hampton inn.
My apartment was getting redone and was put here for our stay I had the most amazing stay it was so beautiful and relaxing great for my kids also great breakfast will stay again
We have stayed in different Hilton hotels, but the customer service received from Leah was exceptional!!! 5 stars! She made us feel like family like we’d been friends for a while. Her greeting and food suggestions were awesome!!! Thank you Hilton for having such a wonderful & warm member of the Hilton family here for us!!! We will definitely be coming back to stay here!

Check in process was fast and easy. Leah, the receptionist was really friendly and helpful and the room was clean and spacious. Would definitely book my next stay here if I'm in the area!

Great rooms in a great location! Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Very quiet. Employees were extremely friendly and accommodating. Lobby was clean and vehicles were safe.
