Pros:

Location and staff friendliness

Cons:

The beds were advertised as queen size, but were only doubles. Six inches narrower. We paid for two queens but the beds were smaller. Very false advertising and disceptive marketing. The shower was starting to show mold at the bottom. We stayed in room 404. Both feedback statements were communicated to the front desk staff on duty.

Pros:

We were in town visiting our grandson and to take in a men's hockey game. The location couldn't be better as he resides at Smith dorm. We ate dinner at your restaurant and they opened early for us as the game started at 6 pm, so accommodating. Staff was friendly and professional and our room was perfect. The only thing was that we used Booking.com for the reservation. I am not certain, but I think we w.ere charged a booking fee of $52.95. We booked the room on 12/28 and I could not back into what this "travel reservation" represented.

Cozy place to stay with a great location and excellent service.
Pros:

Excellent location, clean facility and friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious and not your average hotel breakfast. Check-in and check-out process was quick and painless. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Cons:

Did not love the idea of paying $25/day to park, but not a deal breaker.

The roon was great, clean staff friendly and kind.

Good location with friendly staff.
Pros:

Ideal location for activities around the Madison Campus. Steps from the East Campus Mall. Everything within walking if weather permits.

Cons:

Would like to see parking free for Hilton Members. Views from room aren't great, property boarders rail tracks.

Nice hotel, convenient location. You want to stay here.
Pros:

I chose the hotel due to the proximity to UW campus. The hotel was nice. All of the staff was polite and helpful. I liked the size of my room.
I expected college student noise/disruptions due to its location near UW campus. There was none. ,

Cons:

I asked a question while booking my reservation that was never answered.

The bed was too tall for me, ( I'm physically disabled and I had difficulty climbing into it), and it wasnt as comfortable as I wanted it to be.

The chair was also too big for me. A recliner would have been better.

The bathroom toilet was very short and small, like it was a child-size toilet--not for adults.

It would have been very helpful to have a dispenser bottle of liquid hand soap on the bathroom sink, similar to the hotel amenities in the shower.

The room is pretty big and spacious.

Cons:

The breakfast was very disappointing. The open buffet is very very limited, for a price of 19 USD, I would've expected there to be more options. There wasn't even any cheese, or tomatoes/cucumbers. Abysmal milk options too.
I also noticed that my room was tended to even though I had the 'do not disturb' sign on the door. While I appreciate the sentiment, I left my room in a state thinking no-one would enter to see anything, so to realize that people had entered was not the nicest thing.
The constant noise coming from the air vents made it tricky to fall asleep.
The pillows were not to my liking, but I imagine it is difficult to cater to every single person's preferences.

Cons:

the beds were so hard and unconfortable... went down to hospital and hubby
and i both had sore backs in the morning... would not reconmmend this place to stay..sorry... please update the beds...
