Very clean and nice customer service!

Breakfast was good and the hotel was new. Service was good, we had no large towels in the room but they were soon brought on our request.
The main disappointment was cleanliness of the room. We booked with the expectation that the hotel was new and clean, but our room looked like it had been very carelessly cleaned. Seemed like the floors weren't vacuumed, and we found the TV remote under the side of one of the beds.

The pillows had a funky smell. And when we got into the room it was 84 degrees. Took a while for it to cool off.
It was clean, very kid and helpful staff. Only spent one night while on a road trip so it was perfect. We thought room was roomy and comfortable beds.

I would have liked a coffee maker in the room, I only drink tea and would have liked to make my hot water in the room. It's not convenient to go downstairs to the lobby to get hot water when I wanted it later on in the evening.
Everyone was very friendly, helpful and professional. I would like to send a special shout out to Dakota!!! Helped out some very tired and stressed parents with a sick child. Thank you again Dakota for your help!!!!
Pool isn’t open until Memorial Day.
We stopped here to stay for the night because we were doing Stranger Tours. It was only like a 10-15 min drive to downtown. Very peaceful. Room was nice. The breakfast was excellent. Sicily was working the desk both days and she was so friendly! I would definitely stay here again.
I cant think of anything I disliked, honestly.

Room had a lot of repairs that needed to be made. The front cover of the ac was hanging off. The soap dispenser holder was broken in the shower. The bottles were hanging on for dear life.
