Very nice and clean and in a great location.

Cons:

Only one elevator was working so there was quite a bit of waiting for elevator. Hot tub was more like a warm tub 😩

Pros:

Kids loved the free breakfast. The access to the elevators from the back door was very much convenient. The amenities right outside the hotel door, AMC, Dave and Busters all walking distance. Pool was clean, the staff were amazing.
