An absolutely perfect stay! Exceeded all expectations.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and it completely exceeded my expectations! The entire property was spotlessly clean, and the location is fantastic—there are so many great restaurants and local places to eat within short walking distance.

What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Every single staff member was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. I also deeply appreciated that they perfectly accommodated my pre-arrival request for a room near the elevator.

This is truly the best hotel, and I highly recommend it to anyone!

Nice getaway
Pros:

The breakfast and hotel staff were lovely. The room was comfortable and the blinds controlled by the panels on the wall will be something I need personally. The decor was beautiful.

Cons:

Saw 2 dead weevils in our room. The bathrub had a scract in the bottom that my daughter refused to use due to her being Autistic. Would the missing paint hurt anyone, absolutely not. Special needs children can hyperfixate on small details, luckily I was able to make due. I wish I would've known that the "broken hot tub" was not actually broken. After asking 3 different staff members I was informed it was not heating to its peak heat nor were the jets working however it was safe to enter. I would have enjoyed just lukewarm water with having orthopedic problems if I would've known the 1st time I asked.

Clean, friendly staff, fresh smell (no musty smell like some hotels), love the location!

Cons:

The pillows are way to small. If the pillows were king sized that would have made our stay perfect!!
