Everything! Starting from the friendliness of the staff, to the great posh set up of the lobby, the well maintained rooms and impeccable views that the room offers. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shangri-La Putian and the breakfast selection was a huge plus for us too!

Waiting for refund
A brave new hotel at hotel. all staff there are getting their best to serve guests well. Rooms are spacious and has a lot of smart design in terms of lighting control, enormous TV programs selection. But we think the design could have done better not to waste some room space , and the room decorations a bit plain, the lobby, hallways seem to missing the grandeur of Shangri La.
