De locatie is perfect, lekker dicht bij het centrum. Ontbijt was goed, en parkeerplaatsen dichtbij het hotel. Kamers waren ruim, schoon en comfortabel.

Cons:

De kamers waren redelijk gehorig. Alles wat er gebeurt in de kamers er omheen en op de galerij kan je duidelijk horen. Wij zaten naast het hok van de schoonmaaksters en als zij begonnen werden we gewekt door de herrie de ze maakte.

LA PRIMERA VEZ QUE ESTUVE AHI ME DIERON UNA PIEZA DEL ÚLTIMO PISO Y NADIE NOS AYUDÓ CON LAS MALETAS (ESTANDO MI MARIDO ENFERMO DE LA COLUMNA Y USANDO BASTON)
LA SEGUNDA VEZ QUE ESTUVE ME AYUDARON CON LAS MALETAS Y HABIAMOS PEDIMOS UNA HABITACIÓN EN EL PRIMER PISO.
EL SERVICIO DE DESAYUNO HORRIBLE, MAL ATENDIDO, INSUFICIENTE CANTIDAD DE ALIMENTO, LAS COSAS SE ACABAN (AZUCAS, TE, ETC) HAY QUE ESTARLAS PIDIENDO PUES NO SE PREOCUPAN DE REPONERLAS.
EL ASEO SE REALIZA EN FORMA MUY BÁSICA EN LAS HABITACIONES .
NO SE PREOCUPAN DEL MANTENIMIENTO DEL LUGAR.

This has a great location and parking if you have a car for an extra $25 a night

Cons:

The bed was HORRIBLE. No box spring and sunk right into the ground. The room and furniture was filthy, stained and felt nasty. We told the host by text since there is no staff and they totally ignored our complaint. It is however in a great location and affordable. Would never return because how gross and dirty it felt. They also charge an extra $20 an hour for late check out...

Location, rooms are big, comfy beds, lots of storage. Great service.

Cons:

For Hot water need to wait a while. No fridge, Merida is super hot city, so chilly drinks would be awesome. No elevator for upper floors and no one to help you with.

Muy buena ubicación, en general bonito edificio con una área de casona remodelada y otra área con un edificio de construcción reciente.

Ofrecer una experiencia íntima y personalizada para sus huéspedes con toques de diferenciación que impliquen el vivir cierto lujo con una atención de su personal que demuestre el compromiso de un alto nivel enfocado especialmente en el detalle y calidez, nada de esto existe.


En mi habitación no se realizó la limpieza, tarda el agua caliente en salir eso hace que al esperar exista desperdicio, el desayuno incluído muy básico, la falta de mantenimiento en áreas,

It has good central location. It is located by lots of restaurants and the town square (Zocalo) just three blocks away.
