It was nice experience
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent and servings staff was also so nice to all the guests. Liked it

Cons:

Liquor and beer options and stock was very minimum .
Didn’t got beer 1 night , I was expecting good in bar .
Moreover didn’t got any complimentary drinks and snacks in room , got charged for everything I ate from or drink from fridge. It wasn’t so much money but it look cheap after paying so much money for stay.

The live music - sang by a guy with a beautiful voice (didn’t catch his name), all praises to him.
Pros:

Everything - food was delicious, the stay was amazing (unfortunately we only spent less than 16 hours there)

A Great experience!!
Pros:

Everything from the time we entered the property!
All the staff was exceptional especially Ms Neha - in whom we found the rare talent which ITC can and must groom for bigger role! She made extraordinary efforts in making our stay very comfortable and she was doing all - going beyond the areas of her responsibilities. The other person whom we would like to highlight was Saurav - who made our stay comfortable especially while dining and providing local inputs - very alert mind and approach was highly - customer centric !
Last but not the least - a pilot escort was provided to us for our safe return to the nearest road link to ensure our journey back home time;the approch road is a single lane and driving in that 3.5 km stretch is difficult - this support was icing on the cake!!!

Pros:

Courteous staff. Breakfast variety and quality was good. Hi Tea in evening was refreshing. Facilities well maintained.

Pros:

The staff were really good including receptionist and the restaurant. The food quality was really good and the facilities were pretty much good. I like the hotel facilities more rather than the Dalhousie market.

Cons:

The location was not good. It was quite far from the main market. You can’t go alone to the market by walk because that’s quite far from hotel and it’s not safe during the night time. That’s the only thing I don’t like about hotel rather than that it was amazing and I really recommend that hotel to everyone.

Enjoyed a lot during our short stay.
Pros:

What we liked about the B/F was that it offered multiple eating options and we enjoy exceedingly well. It was indeed wonderful and tasteful. Kudos to the Team for arranging everything very well during our stay.

Stayed at Fortune Park this week for my dad’s birthday, and I’m so glad I chose this hotel! The location is perfect, and the overall experience was truly amazing. The ambience and hospitality were top-notch — from the reception to the bar and restaurant, every staff member was courteous and attentive.

A special shoutout to Saurav, Vinod, and Rohit for going the extra mile to make our stay special. The food was delicious, the spa experience was relaxing, and the facilities were excellent.

Highly recommend Fortune Park for anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and memorable stay. Loved my trip!
