Overall, it was a decent stay
Pros:

The staff was very responsive and helpful. In particular, I would like to call out few staff members..the facilities GM ( Aditya, who helped in change of booking for a friend who had to cancel his trip last minute due to emergency), Amanpreet ( who took care of special food needs), Neha(full of enthusiasm and energy, who also planned the Yoga session), the entire serving staff …Sachin, Sumit, Mohit, Rohit and housekeeping team led by Anishka. They all took good care of us.

Cons:

Some Gym items like tread mill and exercise cycles were low quality Chinese machines. Swimming pool cleanliness could have been better.

Great location, average food
Pros:

Excellent location.. central air conditioning was very useful to make stay comfortable in the cold.

Cons:

Breakfast n food was okayish..4star at best. They cancelled buffet breakfast when guests were less which meant we had limited options for breakfast on last day even though we paid full 😊

It was nice experience
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent and servings staff was also so nice to all the guests. Liked it

Cons:

Liquor and beer options and stock was very minimum .
Didn’t got beer 1 night , I was expecting good in bar .
Moreover didn’t got any complimentary drinks and snacks in room , got charged for everything I ate from or drink from fridge. It wasn’t so much money but it look cheap after paying so much money for stay.

The live music - sang by a guy with a beautiful voice (didn’t catch his name), all praises to him.
Pros:

Everything - food was delicious, the stay was amazing (unfortunately we only spent less than 16 hours there)
