Cons:

We were in bed asleep and housekeeping walked into our room. It was not check out time yet as it was 10am and checkout was at 11am. We woke up to the door opening and seen the housekeeping lady coming into the room. My partner said it wasn’t checkout time yet and she left without saying anything.

Room was comfortable and quiet and in good location.
Pros:

It was new and comfortable.

Cons:

Bathroom floor corners were not clean and handprints of others on surfaces. Also, guy who checked us in was not very friendly, not that he was mean, but not a people person and seemed to take multiple smoke breaks out front as we left for event and when we got back. He deserves his breaks but not very professional smoking at the front doors in my opinion.

It was a very pleasant stay!
Pros:

It was wonderful to have a hot breakfast with bacon , sausage, scrambled eggs and waffles. Fresh fruit and yogurt, also pastry options.

Cons:

It would have been nice to add hot biscuits and gravy. They had oatmeal but my preference would be southern grits!

Needed a place to stay for one night near the airport and this was perfect. They have a free shuttle.
Pros:

Clean, good breakfast, friendly and professional staff. The front desk employees were exceptional.
