Pros:

La habitación nos gustói, esrtaba limpia y era cómoda, con enchufes de cada lado de la cama.
Baño limpio y funcional.
Entorno tranquilo.
La piscina es pequeña y un poco mal ubicada entre la carretera y la recepción pero es agradable y hay un par de tumbonas para relajarse.

Cons:

La recepción es una pesadilla. No se puede entrar en el lobby, hay que quedarse fuera y hablar por una ventanilla en la que no se oye nada.
La primera noche al llegar la chica fue muy quisquillosa, no quería tomar la reserva por una letra mal puesta en el nombre. A veces durante el día vas y no hay nadie. Cuando hay alguien tienes que esperar un montón a que te atiendan.
A pesar de lo que se anuncia la casi totalidad de los recepcionistas no hablan español,, En españa sería impensable un recepcionista que no hable las lenguas oficiales de la CCAA.

Yo diría que la recepción no está a la altura del hotel. Te da la impresión de estar en una gasolinera de noche.
Con personal calificado y amable lo cambiaría todo.

Nothing for me was bad !!!

Cons:

Very bad attention , no body is at thereception at that time was 6 pm , calling the internal phone only after 15 min came a a lady and and not friendly rough !!
Have been for a long time with Booking this is the worst ,
This long travel we did this time , very good at Cimarron Inn , Portland and Miami not the Richards !
Wish you make for better selections for customers be happy to use your Booking.com , or is just me is making this observations ??

Towels were rhin flimsy and old.
