Definitely stay again. Worth the money. Beautiful room
Pros:

Everything. Easy to access and find. Beautiful room, clean, breakfast was incredible. Fridge had water and milk in so could make a cuppa when wanted. Definitely stay again.

A bit over priced… not at all bad but not luxury.
Pros:

The location with nice room over looking the Windrush. Easy self check in that was well organised.
Good breakfast (but not luxury) delivered to room on time.

Cons:

Stains on mattress protector visible through the clean freshly laundered sheets not a great first impression. TV did not work at all was plugged in but non responsive. Overall we had an okay stay but little things matter especially on a one night stay, you charge hotel prices but with no representative on site to deal with issues we were a bit disappointed.

Room was not clean. There were marks on the pillows which were put in my room in the toilet. The dustbin was not cleared from the previous customers which was disgusting.! the shower in the bathroom did not work despite us booking a suite. There was an odd smell in the room probably the carpets are far too old. There is a tub in the bathroom, which was not clean! Overall, the hygiene was really, really poor. I will not want to stay here again.

Nice location, needs attention to quality of fittings and cleaning.
Pros:

The location is good, nice view out of the window of Euro suite over the river. The breakfast was good, delivered to the suite in a timely fashion. Good quality ingredients. The bed was very large and comfortable.

Cons:

The over all feel was a bit shabby. The entrance hall and stairway was scuffed and unimpressive. The furniture, apart from the beds was cheap, cheap prints in cheap frames on the wall, the drawer unit was low quality. The toilet was not properly cleaned a build up of grime around the hinges of the toilet seat. The bath had either not been cleaned properly or the wrong product had been used it looked like it had limescale, the enamel was cloudy and scratched. There was no plug in one of the sinks. Apart from the toilet I wouldn't have been too bothered about these problems if it was a reasonable price but at £225 for a night I expected a feeling of luxury.

Good view and breakfast to the room

Cons:

They had forgotten someone else's used towels in the bathroom.. They were painting, so our room smelled of paint the entire stay. Tried to open the windows but it was very strong. Would have been good to get a warning about that, or maybe don't paint when guests are staying there? Im also pregnant so not a great combination..

Also didn't really see it was a hotel without luggage storage or any contact with staff..
