Room nice bed
Upon checking they wrote wrong number on room key envelope . I think that the first thing the teacher you is not to inconvenience the customer! It was a hot day and not in the mood for that check-in. Breakfast late and stone cold. Breakfast starting at 7, not at our stay, 7:25 and stone cold eggs.
The location was perfect just off Monocacy Blvd and the 15. Sheetz was perfectly located a few steps away. The hotel itself was immaculate and comfortable.
The doors slam, which can be a problem at night. I think this may be a safety feature to prevent doors from not fully locking.
Good breakfast. Also location was really good easy on and off the highway.
The first night we were there the fire pit outside didn't work, but the 2nd night it did. I also didn't like that a fight broke out Friday night. But the wasn't anything Marriott could have done about that situation.

This is our 7th time staying at Springhill. We know what we’re getting when we arrive. On this trip, however, we found the housekeeping hit and miss. We were told there would be daily tidying and that did not always happen. The stairwells are also not cleaned regularly - a q tip remained on the floor all 5 days of our stay. Many of the pillows need to be replaced as the stuffing begins to break down with age. This is the second time we’ve had to ask for ours to be replaced - which the front desk was very agreeable to.
I didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast. I liked how functional the room was. The location was great being next to a gas station and just minutes away from commercial areas.
The refrigerator did not keep cool well. I had to reset it every 2 hours.
The staff was friendly, and the hotel was easy to reach by car.
The bed was not very comfortable, as the mattress was sagging and no longer provided enough support. The breakfast was very poor because everything was either already gone or broken. There was no orange juice, and the waffle maker couldn’t be used. There were barely any bagels or bread left, even though it was only 8 a.m.
The breakfast offered healthy choices. The pool was warm and perfect for my workout. The staff was very welcoming upon arrival. The location was ideal for my conference held at the nearby Community College.
I have no suggestions for improvement. All of my expectations were met. In some areas, my expectations were exceeded. I would recommend this hotel.
Very clean hotel with a friendly staff. The rooms are big and well designed. The trundle bed was great to have more sleeping options. Breakfast was quite good as well.
Breakfast was comparable to other Marriott locations. The variety was good, and the food was fresh. The option to make mini-waffles was a nice feature.
Evening meal was acceptable, but not outstanding.
Evening meal price was high for menu selections.
The staff was fantastic.
The people above us were loud. The milkshake machine at the sheetz next door was broken.
