In the area doing business so I pick this place not a bad hotel for the price. Quick in and out in one day

Pros:

Very far from Clocktower and restaurants .
Very very limited breakfast, only couple of pieces of fruits. We changed two rooms due to a very bad smell in the bathroom. I am not sure why this hotel is rated 9, maybe because this hotel has two more locations and they are rated at 9, not sure. I do not recommend this hotel.

Nicht zentral. Dennoch etwas laut (hellhörig). Früstuck geht so. Früstück Eier sollten frisch gemacht sein. Früchte scheinen Magelware zu sein.

Pros:

Read all the reviews and picked Sann Boutique Hotel. The interior is very nice; however we check in late, the staff on evening shift was quite rude - no eye contact, felt like we were interrupting her Netflix.

Finally got my room, somehow the slippers inside the plastic wrapped pack was dirty, reluctantly I had to ask the front desk for a new pair… and then NO HOT WATER!! Room232 had very terrible hot water system. Again, I had to ask for the frontdesk… and I noticed the towels had some yellow spots… which she did not care…FYI, The shower was room temperature at best, and the Frontdesk lady literally put her hand in the water and said it’s hot and bluffed us and see if we wanted to change rooms…

For the record though, the morning Frontdesk staff and housekeeping were lovely.
