Ưu điểm duy nhất là gần sân bay

Cons:

Mình đã đặt phòng trước mấy ngày cho cả nhà nhưng khi tới nhận phòng thì lại bảo ko còn phòng loại đó r cuối cùng lại đẩy qua bên ks khác nói là chi nhánh của ks này( tên là Minh Thư Hotel)khi tới nơi do m đang ở ngoài mua đồ nên e gái m vô nhận phòng thế là nhân viên bắt e gái m thanh toán tiền phòng trc trong khi thông thường ít khi phải thanh toán trc như vậy thường lúc trả phòng sẽ thanh toán luôn vì m chỉ ở 1 đêm , tới khi nhận phòng m mới hiểu lý do tại sao vì phòng rất tệ máy lạnh ko mát , trong nhà vệ sinh liên tục có gián , chăn gối thì nhìn bẩn và có mùi hôi , của nhà vệ sinh cũng ko thể đóng đc ,mặc dù ks ko tốt là ks khác nhưng ks Hoa Anh Anh cũng sai khi mà khách đã đặt phòng từ trc mà ko sắp xếp phòng cho khách r còn đẩy khách sang 1 cái ks cực kỳ tệ đây trải nghiệm khách sạn tệ nhất từ trước tới giờ của mình

Ko thích cách tiếp tân giải quyết vấn đề

Cách tiếp tân giải quyết vấn đề. Cứ nói lên booking mà hủy đặt phòng. Rất thất vọng. Trong khi vấn đề này có thể ngồi xuống bàn bạc thì nói chung mình có chuyến bay mệt mà cách đối xử của khách sạn và tiếp tân khiến mình lần đầu cũng như lần cuối ko muốn trải nghiệm nữa

The hotel is good because near in the road and the staff is 24/7. The hotel is near also to food stalls.

The aircon is working.

Cons:

The room smells smoke and not so clean.. no flush in the toilet and room not same in the picture I booked.

Um, the water in the shower was hot and the towels were clean. That's it!

Cons:

A hideous place. We booked this thinking it was near the airport and we could shower and change before catching a night flight. Well, it was not near the airport. Thank god we hadn't planned to stay. The room was a mixture of broken furniture that belonged at a tip. Honestly, even if you're on the smallest backpacker's budget don't book this place.
