The room was decent

Cons:

There was no coffee at night the morning staff was beyond rude. It was a young black girl. I told her to cancel my room for the next day because I was not comfortable with the first day. There was no coffee in the morning upon departing, and the breakfast was beyond nasty.

Check in was easy,staff was friendly an accomadating.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast menu.Juice runs low quicky ,gets watery. try to get there early. Great kitchen staff if you need help.

Cons:

Need sharper knives, at least 1, in your room . ( I wanted to cut up some vegetables for a salad ). I had to pay early checknin fee,but if a room is ready ,why pay an early check in fee. I like Home2 Suites ,if one is in the area that is where I usaually stay.

Will definitely return in the future!
Pros:

Staff members were very polite & professional. Room was clean, comfortable & larger than expected. Very comfortable for a family of 3. Pool was a great bonus as well! Fresh coffee, even in the late afternoon. Definitely recommend if you’re passing through.

Cons:

Someone pulled fire alarm at 2:00 am waking entire hotel (no fault of the hotel of course)
