Friendly atmosphere

Just returned from a stay at this excellent hotel. We enjoyed the comfortable suite, that had everything that a traveller would need. The flow of the suite was great and the space was designed with practicality in mind (Plenty of Storage space for larger groups). We loved the kitchenett. Only a stove was absent. But we didn't really need that. The staff was co-operative and courteous. The hotel is fairly new, and feels fresh!

Everything! Extra bonus was you could smoke out on the large patio on ground floor.

Service at the front desk was excellent. She answered all my questions and even gave answers to questions i forgot to ask and was very patient with me while have card issues. Koree was her name.

This was a very pleasant stay. The facility was clean and the employees were very polite. The front desk attendant, Kyram, was very professional and made me feel welcomed.

Darlene qnd Miranda made my stay wholly enjoyable. They were kind, accommodating, and inviting. They both went over and above to make us feel comfortable. Highest regards.

Cleanliness of the rooms and building itself also great staff.

We were extremely impressed with our accommodations the room was very clean and enough room to sit on the couch and relax after spending the day with family. Just walking in everything was clean and well maintained, we were greeted by a very cheerful staff Arly and Angel S. was so accommodating and helpful always had the right answers for any of our questions. Always checking making sure we had everything we needed and seeing if there anything they could do. We enjoyed the pool the area was very relaxing, we tried to make breakfast every morning had a nice variety of options.

I had the very good fortune of staying at the Home2 Suites by Hilton Raleigh North I-540 in May 2026. I and many other family members and friends were in Raleigh for a wedding. We were given several hotels as options for our stay. I am very glad I, as well all other siblings, cousins, and friends, opted for this hotel.

First allow me to begin by recognizing the friendly, helpful, and professional staff member for what I call "world class" customer service. Specifically, Darlene upon my check-in, Arly on my check out, and Kyra during my stay. All made me feel so very welcome, valued and glad I chose this hotel. They made sure I knew that if I needed anything not to hesitate to reach out. There was one other person I'd like to mention but unfortunately I didn't catch her name. It was a nice lady who was mopping the floor while I was in the lobby area waiting to depart for the wedding. On a couple occasions, I began to get up to move from my seated location and this nice lady, with a smile, motioned me to remain seated and no need to move. When I ran into housekeeping staff or maintenance workers in the hallways or getting on and off the elevators, I was always greeted with a pleasantry.

As far as my accommodations, they were superb. When I checked into my room there was a nice greeting on the television screen welcoming me by name. The housekeeping staff did a very nice job of freshening up my room, restocking towels, and making up the bed.

The fitness center was awesome. I used it twice in my three-day stay. It had everything one would need, i.e., fresh towels, water, great cardio equipment, dumbbells, pulley machine, big screen TV, etc. It was probably the nicest fitness center I have seen in my many hotel stays.

Finally, the 24/7 coffee, tea, and hot chocolate station in the lobby was a great touch which I frequented often. I also found the breakfast to be very good with quite an assortment of items to choose from.

In summary, I would stay at this Home2 Suites again in a heartbeat and Home2 Suites would receive first consideration when traveling to another city. Thanks to all who made my stay very memorable.
