Odaları konforlu, sinek neredeyse hiç yok bu dikkatimi çekti, çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve yardımsever, otel tertemiz, çocuklar için oyun parkları güneş görmüyor, sahili de oldukça temiz.

L'accueil du personnel, surtout une employés qui ce nomme fathima qui s'occupe de la salle non climatisé au moment du petit déjeuner, personne très accueillante serviable et au petit soins avec les clients.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in der Türkei und sind nach langer Hotelsuche mit unserer Entscheidung sehr zufrieden. Besonders begeistert haben uns das hervorragende Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, das vielfältige, frische und qualitativ sehr gute Essen sowie das unglaublich freundliche, aufmerksame und kinderliebe Personal. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist das Hotel wirklich hervorragend geeignet: Die Pools waren perfekt für unser zweijähriges Kind und für unser Baby wurden uns kostenlos viele Dinge wie Kinderwagen, Lätzchen, Wickelunterlage und sogar ein Babyfon zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch das Fitnessstudio, die Getränke an den Bars und die überall verfügbaren Wasserflaschen haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben uns während des gesamten Aufenthalts rundum wohlgefühlt und das Hotel kaum verlassen, weil es uns an nichts gefehlt hat.

We had a lovely stay here as a family of four. The hotel was modern and spotlessly clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall service was great.

The food quality really stood out for us. There was plenty of choice and everything was fresh, tasty, and much better quality than we expected from an all-inclusive.

The hotel isn’t directly on the beach, but this is pretty much the case with the hotels in this area due to the local geography. This really didn’t bother us at all. The shuttle was only around 2 minutes and ran regularly, so we never felt like we were missing out on the beach.

For what we paid, we honestly felt we got excellent value for money. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

The entire hotel team were also extremely professional, warm, and helpful at all times.
The pool and swimming areas, as well as the entire hotel complex, are beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. Everything was simply perfect!!

All in all, it was an excellent stay.
We can highly recommend Barut GOIA and am already looking forward to our next visit.

Everything! This hotel exceeded all of our expectations and needs. We have had the amazing support and experience with the hotel staff. They were very helpful. As well the these swimming pools are addictive. They have amazing children area and the aqua park is very enjoyable with 4-5 slides. The evening musical events were very entertaining. The taste of the food was amazing and tasty. Definitely will come back!

We loved Barut goia. The food quality was excellent in the buffet for breakfast and lunch. A la carte restaurants were a perfect change for dinner. The kids club was excellent. Staff were super friendly, rooms we very modern, clean and quiet. Our kids loved the water slides and the pool too. Shuttle bus to the beach was very helpful and amazing to have a beach bar included with all inclusive. Drinks felt fairly premium for All inclusive. The shows were amazing every evening and kids loved the free popcorn!

⭐️⭐️ Barut Goya Manavgat / Side – Büyük bir hayal kırıklığı

Barut Goya’da ailemizle birlikte 4 gece konakladık. Yanımızda iki çocuğumuz vardı. Daha önce birçok lüks otelde konaklamış, hatta geçtiğimiz yıl Side’de yine Barut Grubu’na ait başka bir otelde tatil yapmış biri olarak, bu otelde yaşadığımız deneyim bizi gerçekten çok şaşırttı ve hayal kırıklığına uğrattı.

Açıkçası Barut markasına olan güvenimizden dolayı bu otele gelirken yorumları detaylı şekilde inceleme ihtiyacı bile hissetmedik. Çünkü daha önceki deneyimlerimizden dolayı belli bir kalite standardı bekliyorduk. Ancak bu konaklamamızda maalesef beklediğimiz hizmet anlayışını hiçbir şekilde göremedik.

En büyük hayal kırıklığımız ise personelin yaklaşımı ve ilgisizliği oldu. Kendimizi birçok noktada otelin misafiri değilmişiz gibi hissettik. Diğer turistlere gösterilen ilginin ve sıcaklığın bize gösterilmediğini açıkça fark ettik. Biz de aynı şekilde ücret ödeyerek bu otelin misafiriydik. Buna rağmen çoğu zaman bizimle ilgilenilmedi, doğru düzgün iletişim kurulmadı ve kendimizi geri planda bırakılmış hissettik.

Özellikle çocuklarımızla birlikte geldiğimiz için, çocuklara yönelik biraz olsun özel bir ilgi, küçük bir hoş geldin sürprizi veya onları mutlu edecek ufak bir detay beklerdik. Sonuçta aile olarak bu tatili biraz da çocuklarımız için planladık. Odaya girdiğimizde yalnızca iki yatağın hazırlanmış olduğunu gördük. Çocuklar için herhangi bir küçük karşılama, hediye veya onları özel hissettirecek hiçbir şey yoktu. Elbette her otelden çocuklara hediye beklemiyoruz; ancak bu seviyede ve bu kadar kaliteli olduğu söylenen bir otelden, en azından çocuklara karşı biraz daha özenli ve sıcak bir yaklaşım beklemek bence çok normal.

Çocuklarımızın da kendilerini özel ve değerli hissetmelerini isterdik. Fakat garsonlardan diğer çalışanlara kadar genel olarak çocuklarımızla veya bizimle doğru düzgün iletişim kuran, sohbet eden, samimi bir yaklaşım gösteren neredeyse hiç kimse olmadı.
