Dans l'ensemble, l'établissement est élégant et de bon standing. La chambre était confortable, bien équipée, et le minibar était réapprovisionné tous les deux jours. Le ménage était effectué quotidiennement et rien n'est à signaler à ce niveau.
Concernant la restauration, j'ai été un peu déçue, non pas parce que la nourriture n'était pas bonne, bien au contraire. Les desserts étaient excellents, un vrai régal. En revanche, j'adore les poissons et je m'attendais à plus de variété de poissons grillés et de fruits de mer. Il y avait principalement de la dorade, du thon et du saumon, mais je n'ai pas trouvé de crevettes grillées, de calamars, de sole ou de mérou. Cela reste malgré tout une offre correcte.
J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'équipe d'animation, qui est très professionnelle, dynamique et toujours souriante. Une mention spéciale au responsable de l'animation, dont l'énergie et l'enthousiasme sont remarquables. Bravo à toute l'équipe !
En revanche, j'ai vécu une mauvaise expérience au restaurant à la carte Fely, le 29/07. Nous avions réservé une table pour 20 h. À notre arrivée, aucune table n'était disponible à l'intérieur. On nous a proposé une table en terrasse, mais nous avons refusé en raison de l'humidité. Après environ 30 minutes d'attente, une table s'est finalement libérée et nous nous sommes installés.
Malheureusement, après encore 30 minutes, nous n'avions reçu qu'une bouteille d'eau. Mon mari a simplement demandé si nous pouvions au moins recevoir les entrées, qui étaient déjà prêtes (des toasts). Le serveur nous a répondu d'un ton agacé qu'il ne pouvait rien faire pour nous, qu'il y avait d'autres clients et que toutes les tables devaient attendre leur tour. Pourtant, nous avons vu des clients arrivés après nous être servis avant nous.

Exceptional! I loved it!
Pros:

This place was the highlight of our two week Turkey trip! Absolutely loved it and would 100% come back!
They were so thoughtful, especially for our young kids. There are prams dotted around everywhere for you to use, when we entered the place they had already set a crib up for my 2 year old, and they also gave baby shampoo and baby products for the showers.

The buffet, considering it was quite extensive, was actually nice! Lots of variety every day and different theme nights. Also the a la carte menu was nice for a quick lunch.

Lots to do for the kids, 5 swimming pools, water slides, discos at night, arcade etc. And if you want to venture out, not far from Side old town, which is lovely to experience as well.

We really really enjoyed this place and it was an excellent resort all round. And I hope to visit it again soon :)

I dont think there was anything that bad that I could even write here. Overall, just a fabulous experience.

Классный новый отель , бюджетный из сети - но все топ. Выбор не огромный еды, но все очень вкусно. Баранина из тандыра класс, понравилось даже тем, кто баранину не любит.

Magnifique hôtel , cuisine fabuleuse et personnel très attentionné
Pros:

La nourriture et les buffets sont fabuleux . Les bars servent de très bon cocktail et les snack en journée sont délicieux ainsi que le restaurant de la plage .
Les chambres sont spacieuses et l'hôtel est propre
J'ai apprécié qu'il y ait une piscine au calme car je n'adhère pas trop aux ambiances musicales très forte à la piscine

Cons:

Juste 2 choses :

La proximité de la route : si vous payez le supplément "vue mer" vous payer aussi pour entre les voitures ( et la circulation est assez dense )

Les banquette des salons dans les chambres sont dures et donc peu confortables . Dormir plusieurs nuits même pour des enfants n'est pas idéal.

Es war ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt! Aufmerksames Personal, von Pools bis Essen und Miniclub. Das Zimmer ist komfortabel, sauber, alles riecht gut und funktioniert! Das Essen war frisch und es gab keine Schlangen! Das haben wir das erste Mal in Hotels erlebt! Gute Unterhaltung, mein Teenager hat Wasserball genossen und das kleine Kind den Miniclub. Die Pools sind sehr gut, auch für die Kinder. Vielen Dank für alles!

Vært her flere ganger og er som alltid fornøyd. Flott hotell, rent og pent og hyggelige ansatte. God mat og fantastisk med ala carte til lunsj og middag. For oss som ikke er så glade i buffè er dette avgjørende for å velge hotellet.

Cons:

Virket som det var litt få ansatte på hotellet i år kontra tidligere. De ansatte var slitne og hadde tydelig lange dager da vi møttes av samme personale til frokost, lunsj og middag. Like hyggelige som alltid, men litt mer kø og venting i år i restaurantene og barene.

I år hadde vi behov for legetjenesten på hotellet. Var ikke veldig fornøyd med legekontrollen, men enda mer misfornøyd med oppfølgingen etterpå (eller mangel på det) og manglende papirer til forsikringen. Umulig å få tak i legen og sekretærerene visste aldri noen ting.

We come to Barut Goia several time every year. We are never disappointed.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good, exceptional choice and very fresh. There was always many different food available everyday. Nothing to complaint about the food. Just very good

Would not recommend for families expecting reliable room allocation or responsive maintenance.
Pros:

The facility itself is stunning — well maintained, great pools, and the food is decent, though more variety in the buffet would be welcome. On paper, this should be a great family resort.

Cons:

our experience from check-in was deeply disappointing. We booked two rooms well in advance for a family with young children, and were assigned rooms far apart from each other with no effort to place us together — forcing the kids to sleep in our room on the first night, leaving the second room completely wasted.
To make matters worse, Room 2306 had a malfunctioning AC unit for the entirety of our stay. Despite multiple complaints, in-person reports to staff, and three formal emails to management — all of which received assurances that the issue was "fixed" — the room never cooled properly. On the second night we were forced to evacuate the room entirely. A staff member from Front Office personally witnessed and acknowledged the AC was not working.
The hotel's responses were dismissive and at times factually inaccurate. Basic issues were never resolved. For a five-star resort at this price point, this level of service is unacceptable.

Perfekter Familienurlaub mit riesigem Komfort
Pros:

Wir hatten einen wirklich sehr schönen Urlaub im Barut Goia. Die Anlage ist groß, gepflegt, sauber und bietet wirklich alles an Annehmlichkeiten, die man braucht (und mehr). Besonders das Essen hat uns echt vom Hocker gehauen. Ich glaube ich habe noch nie ein so abwechslungsreiches und gleichzeitig qualitativ hochwertiges Buffet gesehen. Da merkt man wirklich, dass extrem Wert darauf gelegt wird die bestmögliche Verpflegung zu bieten.
Auch die Shows am Abend haben uns positiv überrascht. Die Künstler waren allesamt sehr professionell und es gab wirklich jeden Tag etwas anderes, auch wenn wir ganze zwei Wochen da waren.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und würden das Hotel auch immer empfehlen.

Cons:

Während die meisten Mitarbeiter wirklich extrem freundlich, kompetent und motiviert waren, war der Empfang nicht allzu freundlich. Ähnlich beim Personal in der Beach Bar.
Das Hotel ist insgesamt super sauber, nur die Sanitäranlagen in den öffentlichen Bereichen (besonders rund um den Poolbereich) sollte noch häufiger gereinigt werden.
Der Kids Club ist eine super Sache. Wenn evtl. noch Mitarbeiter mit weiteren Sprachkenntnissen dort arbeiten würden, wäre es noch besser.
