Pros:

Amazing location, no far away from Side old town. A lot of good food, including different set of meet. Tennis court, good gym, great bar 24/7

Cons:

1. Wi-Fi is a nightmare. 3/10
2. What was the point of TV? It doesn’t have HDMI to connect, and it can’t be connected to Wi-Fi so that I can watch movies from my laptop or iPhone

Enjoyed it and would return. Even better if some small changes are made.
Pros:

Room great, food selection good, overall presentation of the hotel was good. Left hand side of the hotel appears to have a little more care and attention and more facilities than the right hand side. Loved the roof top terrace, good facilities for families and great entertainment. Quality of drinks was good.

Cons:

Staff whilst professional are a little cold. Maybe due to lateness of the season and tiredness but not many smiles, attempts to engage customers which is particularly important when serving solo travellers. Road noise a bit of an issue and safety of the road to the beach as traffic was speeding. An over road walk way would be great and it could service more than one hotel. Evening meal closes too early (all packed up by 9.00pm). Should be last seating at 930. Cannot understand why you have to book the snack bar area in the right hand side of the hotel in the evening when you don't have to in the day. Only short order food. No-one explained what ultra AI was or if it could be purchased. Info was sadly lacking about the hotel, most people don't want to download an app on holiday to find out what is going on. You should be able to pay cash in the shops not apply to charge card.

Fantastic holiday, highly recommended!
Pros:

All was great! We stayed on the very end of November, but the hotel run all services in full till the end of the season. Evening shows, all bars and snacks, everything was working. Food quality and selection was great, we had grilled salmon and tender stewed lamb a few times a week and beach area had great service.
And Idk why it is not listed on Booking, but hotel provide a night buffet with great food selection for all people who arrive late. My parents had a long trip and arrived at night, it was a big relief to have such a buffet. The hotel should put that info into booking details as I beliave a lot of people check in advance if they know they have a late flight.
P.S. room was fantastic!

Cons:

Would be really great if pools are heated better, it was really hard to get into.
Hard to get the Cinema schedule, you are offered to download the hotel app, but no movies are present there. But hotel actually run them at 3pm. To learn that my mom checked the Film door a few times during the day and finnaly got it!
Would be really great to have all the activities and movies listed in paper for older folks can read.

Super hotel, would like to come back!
Pros:

We liked everything! New and comfy hotel with pretty interior, large rooms and heated pools even at the end of November. Staff was very friendly and everything (including the beach) clean.

Cons:

The beach is quite far but walkable distance, Side old town is a taxi drive away (10eur one way)

Exceptionally enjoyable for a family holiday.
Pros:

I had to make two separate bookings as my wife arrived half way through the week, so I provided more details in the other review that you can no doubt see near to this one.

Cons:

Nothing to add here. I suppose the walk to the beach could have been nicer as one day my son got chased by some dogs, but that's not really something the hotel can do anything about.

Отель оставил неоднозначное впечатление
Pros:

Выбрали данный отель поскольку он относится к сети Barut, в отелях которой неоднократно останавливались. Номер предоставили согласно брони с видом на море, номер очень приятный, чистый, просторный, спальня отделена от гостиной раздвижными дверями, в номере много мест для хранения, большое спасибо горничной Сельме, убиралась она очень хорошо. Пляж с пологим входом в море, в любое время много свободных лежаков, пляж в течение дня очень хорошо убирает сотрудник.

Cons:

Самое ужасное это бар на пляже, где работники просто отбивают номер, по всей видимости, они даже не знакомы с шейкером, поэтому заказывать коктейли бессмысленно, Наблюдая за ними в обед, их можно сравнить с мухами хаотично двигающимися в пространстве. Охранник на пляже не покидал своего места у входа на пляж, поэтому лежаками активно пользовались отдыхающие соседнего отеля. По дороге на пляж в дюнах видели множество собак, которые иногда выбегали с лаем на дорогу, о том , что у них в голове предсказать не возможно, поэтому ходить пешком я бы не советовала. Очень тесная парковка, мы арендовали машину, и иногда нам не хватало места, чтобы ее припарковать.

A truly wonderful family holiday, at a hotel that excels in all aspects.
Pros:

The whole family absolutely loved this hotel. It has all of the ingredients (and more) to have a wonderful holiday, fully relaxing and enjoying the excellent food, weather and amenities of the hotel. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Cons:

Genuinely nothing, the hotel had such an excellent choice of food and drinks, activities and proximity to the beach and Ancient ruins in Side that I cannot identify a single aspect that we did not enjoy or would change.

Sun, sea and sand with lovely accomodation and food.......can't ask more for a relaxing holiday?
Pros:

Superb location, walking distance from beautiful, clean, sandy beach although shuttle service available. Hotel was clean, staff in restaurants were superb as were the cleaning staff. Nice family orientated atmosphere. Not too far away from SIDE itself, walking distance if you wanted a break from the swimming, eating, relaxation and entertainment. Would highly recommend this place for a chilled time.

Cons:

Sadly staff at reception did not appear too cheerful or engaging but others made up for them but apart from that nothing really negative to say about our stay at Barut GOIA.

Prima ultra all in hotel voor een goede prijs.
Pros:

Zeer lekker eten en drinken, vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Geen dolmusbusjes aan hotel, wel taxi. Ultra all in maar sommige zaken zijn nog betalend, padelterrein huren en echte import drank.
