The reservation I made was not upheld which resulted in not having enough beds for my family. The front desk did. Ot alert me the room I was assigned was different than my reservation.

Very nice time there staff was sweet and hotel is very clean. I like to go down the steps sometime just to get exercise.

Pros:

I loved the location. There is several options for food. I loved that this location offered gluten free options on their breakfast! That small gesture of having gluten free options made me feel included.

Good stay in Clemmons
Pros:

Breakfast is better than the others in Clemmons, but still needs some healthy options. Location and lodging were perfect for what we needed. Walking distance to a few restaurants/ bars too.

Room to Improve
Pros:

The location and staff were very pleasant.

Cons:

The breakfast was below par. 1st morning there was a gallon of milk in the cooler that everyone handled. The linen was not gathered and replaced as we requested. The greatest inconvenience was that the elevator was not working the first day. It was extremely hard to navigate the stairs, of course that could not be attributed to the staff.
