Pros:

Das Frühstück war ok, die Lage sehr zentral, das Zimmer sauber und ruhig. Mit dem Parkplatz hatten wir Glück direkt hinter den Haus einen zu finden, mit unserem Wagen, incl Fahrradträger hätten wir nicht in den Fahrstuhl des Hotelparkplatzes gepasst.

Zaskakujace Aachen
Pros:

Bardzo fajny hotel w centrum. Śniadania serwowane są w przestronnej sali, a bufet oferuje duży wybór produktów – szczególnie jogurtów, dodatków oraz świeżych owoców. Każdy bez problemu znajdzie coś dla siebie.

Personel jest bardzo miły i pomocny. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje kelnerka z polskimi korzeniami, która sama zagadała do nas, gdy usłyszała, że rozmawiamy po polsku. Było to bardzo miłe i sympatyczne, zwłaszcza że nie zawsze można spotkać się z tak otwartym podejściem za granicą.

Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel.

Cons:

Niestety największym minusem była wielkość pokoju. Podróżowałam z dzieckiem i wózkiem, a pokój był tak mały, że trudno było się w nim swobodnie poruszać. Zdaję sobie sprawę, że w hotelach położonych w ścisłym centrum takie rozmiary pokoi nie są niczym wyjątkowym, jednak odrobina więcej przestrzeni zdecydowanie poprawiłaby komfort pobytu.

Usual B&B Hotel standards and price point, but let down by a few issues this time.

Location in Aachen city centre is perfect, with shops, restaurants and bars an easy walk. The aircon worked well on a day when Aachen temps were hitting 40'C, I was

Cons:

We arrived in 40'C+ temps, and had to wait for quite some time to access the parking garage. Reception staff weren't particularly helpful, or keen to expedite our access. When we finally got into the garage, the signage directing people to reception was very poor and resulted in me climbing two flights of stairs with my luggage before returning to the garage to find the correct stairwell. Once I made it to reception, I checked in at one of the self serve terminals. I had paid for my room previously, and only found out about the tourist tax when I checked in. The self service terminal card reader wasn't working, so i had yet more delays before I could finally pay €2.50 and get to my room.
I would have expected better.

Basic hotel met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een kort verblijf. In het centrum met betaalbare openbare parking op enkele honderd meter.

Cons:

De eigen parking was jammer genoeg vol.
