289 € la nuit, c’est scandaleux
Pros:

Le seul vrai point positif est l’emplacement, en plein centre-ville d’Aix-la-Chapelle.

Cons:

Pour le reste, notre expérience est totalement indigne d’un hôtel facturé 289 € la nuit.

Le check-in est largement automatisé, mais on vous demande malgré tout de passer par une réception où le personnel présent, très jeune et manifestement peu expérimenté, semblait désemparé et incapable de répondre aux questions les plus simples.

Mais le pire reste l’état de la chambre : forte odeur de fumée froide, parois sales et tachées, moquette très usée et sale. Dans la salle de bain, une tache particulièrement douteuse était visible — voir photo — dont nous préférons ne pas imaginer l’origine. L’ensemble donnait une impression générale de saleté et de manque d’entretien.

Les lits sont en plus extrêmement étroits, environ 80 cm de large, ce qui ajoute encore à l’inconfort.

À ce niveau de prix, on est en droit d’attendre une chambre impeccable, un minimum de confort et un service professionnel. Ici, c’est exactement l’inverse. 289 € pour une chambre dans cet état est absolument incompréhensible et, à nos yeux, scandaleux.

Nous ne recommandons absolument pas cet établissement.

Bare bones, clean with comfortable bed.
Pros:

Bed was more comfortable than expect.
Room was very clean and compact with desk with good light.

Cons:

Only one pillow per person / would have liked two.
I was told on my reservation that a kettle was Not available but they did let me use one. Would have liked a mini frig.

Die Lage war sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Personal war unfreundlich. Einen Mangel (unser Zimmer wurde scheinbar zuvor mit einem Teppich Reiniger triefend Nass gereinigt) wurde ignoriert, bzw. Runter gespielt, dass ein feuchter Teppich bestimmt unangenehm ist. Aber er war nicht feucht er war triefend Nass und das auch noch am nächsten Morgen!

Pros:

Goede locatie

Cons:

Zeer slechte ervaring bij het inchecken. Kon zogezegd vanaf 15u, maar wij konden pas op onze kamer om 17u en moesten dus meer dan twee uur wachten. Kregen in die tijd nauwelijks uitleg en er was geen verantwoordelijke aanwezig.
De kamer was niet proper en de douche met een gordijntje leek helemaal niet op de foto's.
